Hello, what would be helpful is if you could tell us if there are any actual delays to the UK. I am based in the UK and I want to order but I have seen in the below threads that your goods are not getting to UK customers - they are either mislabelled or take forever to clear customs. It would be good to hear from your experience on this.

BigCactusBrexit is a headache atm from what ive heard when shipping from europe to the uk, because people dont know which documents to use for customs declarations.

@UKSam27, sorry I was going to get back to the board. Got the tracking number for first part of the order (package that contained things I didn't order). Also had a an email from them confirming that they will reship the second package too. Fingers crossed!
