This is a common issue on several routes... Please be acknowledged that even if your tracking number has not been updated it is still in transit... Unfortunately 3 weeks is not that much nowadays ...
Your tracking number should be updated as soon as it reaches the destination port. If the package is not delivered within 60 days from the dispatch date we will automatically refund/reship no questions asked.

i never have received my order after 60 + days.
The tracking number was never good.
After 60 days steroidify resend my order.
It's now 1 week they resend my order and the new tracking number is always not good like my last order.
Products come from UK and royal mail doesn't flash the tracking number.
And steroidify will say me" wait wait, we have problem with royal mail, the packet will coming to your house soon"(but it will never arrive).....
So i will waiting again 60 days and will never received my order.
Sp steroidify must see with this shit carrier and stoping the laxism of this company.
It's just inadmissible.

Could a rep for steroidify help me out? My order has been stuck in “payment review” for 4 days. I used money gram and everything went through perfect from my end.
Not a rep but they do use pick-up agencies for MG payments, might take up to week or a bit more so don't worry about it man! I think I've waited for a week last time, so don't worry.

@UKSam27, sorry I was going to get back to the board. Got the tracking number for first part of the order (package that contained things I didn't order). Also had a an email from them confirming that they will reship the second package too. Fingers crossed!
