You wouldnt believe how many hours I have logged this year doing research on the body's immune system, germs, virus, bacteria....
Take Vitamin D for instance. I was low on my bloods last year. Figured because I was working 12 hour days away from the sun. .I come to realize that vitaminD is a hormone that has a full cascade of bodily functions, not just a simple vitamin, it is a main part of our immune system.
Turns out you can take high doses and tolerate it very well. I am taking 5000iu on top of animal pak and diet. Feels like energy and we'll being at that dose.
So from what I've read is that 85% of rona deaths had vitamin d defeciency. That most of the public needs vitamin d supplementation. Check out the work of Dr Shiva. He breaks down the body insystems all the way down to the molecular level.
He explains why drugs like quercitin and Hydroxycholroquinn are ionophores that allow zinc saturation into cells, and then the zinc stops virus replication. Great YouTube channel too.

I'm a big vitamin d guy myself. I run 10,000 units when I'm on trt only and 2500 when I'm on a mild cycle.
