after many year of good service ,XLPHARMA show his true face . it s the second time i had issues receiving my order with no letters from the cutoms. the first time ,they said they can send me the proof of postage . what they would never done . comments of other users here confirms what i say .
i decided to drop it and to make another order because they would never done something and keep my money .
now it s the second time i place an order receiving the first package and no trace of the second .
same story when i ask them for the proof of postage . they say they are gonna send it but each time they don t do their job . i m now suspecting them lying about the sending and acting like there wasn t any problem . when i asked them for the last time to 'send me this proof of postage'' , here is what they answer for helping me solve this issue ''We do not have these issues with our other customers in France so to save both of us issues going forward we will not be able to accept any new orders.

customer service is the dark cloud on this site , when you send the money everything is alright . when you ve got an issue no one is helping even if they keep on adding the automatic ''If you have any further questions please drop us an email at anytime! the delivery and packaging has always be very safe and with no problem until the last orders where the delivery never arrived and no one seems to want to help finding where is the problem . i m sure that if the situation were reverse they would understand what is it. and i m sure they would understand one day. Don’t do to others what you wouldn’t want others to do to you.
with grief i warn you guys to pay attention with this source cause products are good ,but sincerity and trust is not the language of XLpharma
Disappointing, after 10 plus years or ordering from sources on eroids, I’ve had 3 orders seized and all orders seized were from XLPharma. I had two orders sent a similar time of which neither arrived, a short while later I received one seizure notice. Because I only received one notice Xlpharma would only reship one order, disappointing after I’ve been a loyal customer using them since REDACTED closed its doors. I was told by Xlpharma via email that “there’s an issue with my address”. After this upset I decided to use other sources found on eroids with 100% success delivery rate. I can prove this to the moderators here is required. However due to a stock issue I recently placed a small order again with Xlpharma and surprise surprise, another missing order followed by a seizure notice. I’ve just sent them again pictures of the seizure notice, they now advised me they will no longer be accepting any more orders from me. Not that I would ever shop there again.
When I checked the verification codes on the orders I received they were validated as legit. So all good.
They wouldn’t resend a siezed order even though it’s written in their T&Cs. Then they banned me because more orders were seized (that they shipped!!). An absolute disgrace of customer service. Scammers.
Useless. Last 3 out of 5 orders were seized.
Disappointing to see a once top 3 eroids source go to absolute crap. Avoid these at all costs.
I can say that they are professionals. I have even argued with them over email and they have never disrespected me. I am happy with the experience.
I have been ordering with them for several years. All the products work, I don't know if those products are the best in the world, but they do work.
They are very attentive and careful with customers
the last two orders took a long time to arrive in Spain. Almost two months. I sent them some emails complaining, saying that this was not normal. However, the orders arrived, late, but they arrived. I sent them an email again asking for forgiveness for doubting them.
Despite the lateness of the last two orders. I have placed an order with them again. They are legit. Your material is good from deca, testo to Sildenafil. Everything works. I don't have to lie or please anyone. I write this because I want to.

I don't know how was before but today this is total scam. I was mislead from the reviews on this site and I made 3 separate orders in December last year for more than 300 £. They are offering Pharmacom products which are not USA domestic on good prices and this have looked as a great deal.
In the end they haven't sent me anything. They refuse to provide tracking number due to "nature of their business". I have placed orders from different online sources and every time they give tracking number, so this should be the first alarm that they are scammers. They claim products were sent and it can be proved with barcode from the package which sounds idiotic.
So overall, please avoid them if you don't want to be in my situation.

Nearly the full pharmacom range at this stage. Codes always check correctly with the manufacturer. Very happy overall, could have a little more of the pharmacom range in stock.

Long overdue review on these guys. I’ve been using these guys since fitness101 shutdown, so I’ve order a good amount of PED’s off them. I haven’t had any reason to go elsewhere. Nearly all experiences have been 100%. A couple of orders contain vials out of date, this was dealt with promptly with a partial refund.
They are always a pleasure to deal with over email.

Tried to scratch of the verification hologram with my nail and it didn't work so figured the code must be behind, which it wasn't. Cutting the story short all I had to do was use a coin. I put the codes through Pharmacom's product authentication and they both came back as legit.)

Honestly I have nothing bad to say about these lads. They are now my number 1 go to knocking my previous source (don't know if I can state the name but lets just say they are top 10 on eroids and a UK source) off the top slot. The website of the other source I used never really filled me with confidence (spelling mistakes, rubbish grammar, poor layout. It was only the rep on here that got me to place the first order, which all went perfectly and I can't fault their service either, just their website! Oh, and their product range/availability isn't as solid as Xlpharma's either) but Xl's is clean and easy to navigate and read ect ect
