Your liver is the only organ that can regenerate...and stinging nettle root is Gucci for the kidneys
NAC is a great addition supplement wise as else thing else has been covered below.
Also I’ve just read it should be taken with vit c to prevent kidney stones. Not sure how true this is.
I didn't realise NAC was so beneficial for kidney's too - I take it without fail ED now as I love the taste of it in with BCAA's. Sweet and sour Lol 1.5 grams
Mental stuff, it’s definitely in my top 3 supps. I’m very surprised it’s not more in the public eye given the thousands of benefits it has. Seems it helps everything from mental health, organ, sex and everything in between.
The stuff tastes horrible I don’t know how you’d drink it. I cap my own.
Apparently if you take to much it can cause crystal build up and kidney stones but if you take vit c regularly it stops this
You may have seen before I love those big ASDA chewable Orange Vit C tablets - £1.80 for 60 tabs 1G each. Really nice, I got Faz onto them Lol
Control your blood pressure.
Before blood work don’t train for three days.
No creatine 30 days before bloods.
Stay hydrated.
I improved my egfr 15 points by doing this.
Also if your on Fenafybrate for your hdl cholesterol it will significantly increase your blood creatinine and give you a false reading.
Brother I'll list you a few small rules.
1- Practice physical activity regularly.
2- Do not smoke.
3- Be careful to manage your weight.
4- Reduce salt consumption.
5- Do not exaggerate with proteins.
6- Take regular urine tests.
7- Monitor creatinine in your blood.
8- Keep your body properly hydrated, drinking at least one and a half litres a day.
9- Do not exaggerate with high protein or low-calorie diets.
10- Reduce the consumption of drinks other than water.
I can’t disagree with that.
SupremoBro Astragalus is the best kidney support you can buy, but its quite expensive. Its so good it even helps against bloat from some steroids i know some guy he used it and lost like 10kg water weight in 1week with it.
Molinin302Probably good stuff, pay attention to what slowly just posted, its the best advice anyone could give or get. Supplement by definition means in addition to, and supplements are a useful tool. He just gave a very useful tool by means of some solid ground rules. If you don't have a good foundation your house will not stand. And sure, we may wander a bit, but for me? On cycle means extremely clean eating. Plenty of water, no alcohol. Not that I'm a mess otherwise, off cycle I'm cleaner than anyone I work with. But when I'm on? It goes next level. Fish oil, milk thistle and tumeric. B6 for some prolactin control when needed. I dont want to curse myself by saying this, but I dont have issues. +1 Slowly.
ClassyChassisNOW Supplements makes a product called Kidney Cleanse with Uva Ursi, Parsley Seed, Fennel, and Horsetail. Those are some of the traditional botanicals used for kidney/ut.
$12 on Amazon for 90 caps, 2 a day. Might help. NOW is a good brand. I use a lot of their stuff.
I love Now supplements. Good quality, low prices, and everything under the sun.
Molinin302No sir, kidneys have zero regernative capabilities. Once theyre blown out, thats it. Blood pressure is the big factor here, keep it in the best range you possibly can. Your kidneys are filters, lets compare it to a water filter for simplicity. Normal water pressure, the filter is ok. It has a lifespan, but everything does. So its seperating and cleansing the water. Under normal BP your kidney is doing the same thing. Now ramp up the water pressure, instead of the water filter separating things, the higher pressure is now forcing things through that the filter cannot handle. This is whats happening to your kidneys under hypertension. Large proteins are one of the worst things actually. Easiest picture i can paint to explain the damage.
My man Mol is right here - Kidney's CANNOT regenerate or heal themselves, they are not like the liver. Once you are at Stage 1 or 2 Kidney disease you stay there - You do not go backwards! It keeps progressing onto the next stage as long as they keep getting damaged. High BP is the main culprit - Tren is also supposed to be pretty bad for them. Check out Larry Wheels video collection where he sits down with his consultant to discuss the damage steroids have done to him over his career.
Yes but you can steal your children’s kidneys which is the next best thing.
Anyway who the fuck are you bad mouthing Tren, we don’t need that kind of negativity around here! I saw Larry wheels’ video, I also saw the one where he spent his life savings on internet cam girls. Bloke is one of a kind.
AAah Fack - That's where I am going wrong. I need some kids for Kidney back-up 5 years down the line LMAO Maybe if I sponsor a child somewhere in the world and make sure it is the same blood group I can do the guilt trip on them when I need one? Hey - I gave you money for food ya little sh*t you can at least give me one of your kidney's!!!
Mate Larry Wheels is a Beast from another universe pure and simple - No one bench's 240kg for 2 when they are 18 yrs old Lol
Molinin302Thumbs up bro! And some of these cam girls meet in person right? I mean she told me if I log on enough and tip, she'll me in person... I'm still holding on to that hope lol
Definitely bro, you’re only a few more tips away!
Well said bro.

Brother that is a study they are doing, along with others. Some doctors are experimenting with the administration of stem cells from bone marrow.
The complete regeneration of organs occurs in the plant and animal world, such as fish for example. For the human being, transplantation always remains.

I enjoy a good debate, and Ive been out of school for 20 years., and certainly not looking for a dick waving contest, I'm just going to suggest one errs on the side of caution and not put undue stress on the organs. Theres no such thing as good kidney damage as opposed to bad kidney damage. I know more thsn one person with transplants as well.
ClassyChassisYeah, I have zero interest in arguing. I will just say that doctors and scientists don't know everything there is to know, especially Western medicine with it's emphasis on drugs and procedures rather than health. And many doctors dont keep up w latest research. Just keep parroting what they were taught 30 years ago which may not have even been correct.
Also, I'm not advocating for OP to damage his kidneys, nor did he indicate that he has kidney disease. It seemed to me he was asking for something that had a tonic effect.
And I'll just end with the fact that for decades the official stance of the AMA was that anabolic steroids "don't work". Lol
Molinin302Truth my bro. I read an abstract the other day, I do like oral steroids in the beginning and ends of my runs, bloods have never shown any anomalies, but I'm going to hang up the dbol, I turn 45 nov3rd lol. I'm considering anavar, and read a published doctor state "anavar offers no performance enhancing attributes, therefore should not be used for such purposes." Funny as how is to prevent poss surgery weight loss, nitrogen retention, protein synthesis lol. Shit man, my last endo I saw wanted me off test and on anxiety meds. This was after my PCP in the same network got me dependant on benzos. My addiction is in my patient history. Crazy stuff bro
ClassyChassisYeah brother. You know who pays for all these studies. Drug companies looking for something they can patent and make obscene profits from. You better not be coming back w any shit about "astragalus" or you won't have a job for long. As for AAS, strong people who can think for themselves is the last thing the controllers want.
I have known so many people addicted to various things their dr got them hooked on. It's heartbreaking. It's all about making as much money as possible. You think they're going to tell you to heal yourself with a $10 supp when they can sell you transplants and dialysis? I mean, I could go on and on.
Good luck with all your situations brother.
Molinin302Thanks bro, FR sent. Good conversation with you.

kidneys barely have regeneration, I don't think I have heard of any1 going up in gfr value once they dipped below a stage, even then its rare to see it go up. anyways the supps that will help kidneys that I know of is anything that lowers your BP and thins the blood (makes it less viscous), anything that reduces hemocrit and rbc will help the kidneys, the only supp OTC that u know of is alpha lopatic acid
