Good kidney support supplements?

ad

looking to take better care of my organs,
it's been stated that kidneys can repair and regenerate themselves over time..

Your liver is the only organ that can regenerate...and stinging nettle root is Gucci for the kidneys

NAC is a great addition supplement wise as else thing else has been covered below.

N-Acetylcysteine (NAC) has been reported to protect the kidney from injury induced by contrast media, ischemia, and toxins. In all these studies, glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is the surrogate marker of kidney injury and serum creatinine changes are the measured metric of GFR.

Also I’ve just read it should be taken with vit c to prevent kidney stones. Not sure how true this is.

I didn't realise NAC was so beneficial for kidney's too - I take it without fail ED now as I love the taste of it in with BCAA's. Sweet and sour Lol 1.5 grams

Mental stuff, it’s definitely in my top 3 supps. I’m very surprised it’s not more in the public eye given the thousands of benefits it has. Seems it helps everything from mental health, organ, sex and everything in between.

The stuff tastes horrible I don’t know how you’d drink it. I cap my own.

Apparently if you take to much it can cause crystal build up and kidney stones but if you take vit c regularly it stops this

You may have seen before I love those big ASDA chewable Orange Vit C tablets - £1.80 for 60 tabs 1G each. Really nice, I got Faz onto them Lol

Control your blood pressure.
Before blood work don’t train for three days.
No creatine 30 days before bloods.
Stay hydrated.
I improved my egfr 15 points by doing this.
Also if your on Fenafybrate for your hdl cholesterol it will significantly increase your blood creatinine and give you a false reading.

4- Reduce salt consumption.

My man Mol is right here - Kidney's CANNOT regenerate or heal themselves, they are not like the liver. Once you are at Stage 1 or 2 Kidney disease you stay there - You do not go backwards! It keeps progressing onto the next stage as long as they keep getting damaged. High BP is the main culprit - Tren is also supposed to be pretty bad for them. Check out Larry Wheels video collection where he sits down with his consultant to discuss the damage steroids have done to him over his career.

Yes but you can steal your children’s kidneys which is the next best thing.

Anyway who the fuck are you bad mouthing Tren, we don’t need that kind of negativity around here! I saw Larry wheels’ video, I also saw the one where he spent his life savings on internet cam girls. Bloke is one of a kind.

AAah Fack - That's where I am going wrong. I need some kids for Kidney back-up 5 years down the line LMAO Maybe if I sponsor a child somewhere in the world and make sure it is the same blood group I can do the guilt trip on them when I need one? Hey - I gave you money for food ya little sh*t you can at least give me one of your kidney's!!!

Mate Larry Wheels is a Beast from another universe pure and simple - No one bench's 240kg for 2 when they are 18 yrs old Lol

Definitely bro, you’re only a few more tips away!

Well said bro.

Brother that is a study they are doing, along with others. Some doctors are experimenting with the administration of stem cells from bone marrow.
The complete regeneration of organs occurs in the plant and animal world, such as fish for example. For the human being, transplantation always remains.

kidneys barely have regeneration, I don't think I have heard of any1 going up in gfr value once they dipped below a stage, even then its rare to see it go up. anyways the supps that will help kidneys that I know of is anything that lowers your BP and thins the blood (makes it less viscous), anything that reduces hemocrit and rbc will help the kidneys, the only supp OTC that u know of is alpha lopatic acid
