Test and Agua?
ad
Hello guys. Here's a quick question maybe some of our older friends could share experience, and anyone else too. I'm turning 38 next week, so I'm putting one together for the first time in over three years. As I've gotten older, I now hold water substantially more than I would inn my 20s. Im going to be building a short ester, test base next week, and I need your suggestions,, gear, ancillaries, diet...whatever you have felt effective at keeping water weight in check on top of that hill???
Peace

Thanks for taking the time to answer guys. I remember a good deal, and so much research comes out that I was confident I’d get some new things to look into...the basics-sodium, water and estrogen control. Y’all have a good night.
I have a similar problem, but over time I realized that my body does not digest carbohydrates well. Yes, and stagnation of bile. Therefore, I took control of carbohydrate intake and found more suitable for me. Well, of course I periodically take choleretic drugs. It helps me a lot. I realized that my intestinal breakdown. But this is all individual. You need to find the problem.
Nobody is going to design your run for you. Thats your job.
Here are a couple of hints though
High test = retain water
High estro = retain water
High carb = retain water
Certain meds = retain water
As Greg said, low water = retain water
And so on...

First I would like to identify what is causing your water retention. What is your diet? Are you consuming a high sodium and/or carb diet? Have you been exercising regularly? Are you on any medications? Do you have any health problems such as heart, kidney or thyroid issues? Have you gotten blood work done? Do you know what your hormone levels are at? Are you sure it is water retention and not fat? Do you drink at least a gallon of water a day?
I saw your reply and did some digging into my meds. I was on norvasc for 4 years, which that was one of the first side effects mentioned. As for the diet, I’ve been trying to transition to getting about 25-30% plant protein. I’ll let you know how that shakes out. Thanks for that Achak
Cut carbs. Drink lots of water. Eat foods high in potassium. Take magnesium supplement. Take dandelion supplement. Watch sodium intake.
Hadn’t read that about the dandelion root, thanks.
Apart from keeping estrogen in check and drinking a lot of water. What helped me keep water retention down was really keeping an eye on my sodium intake. A lot of food has way more sodium than you'd expect.
Agreed, that’s a big deal. I try to use as little ae as possible, so I may need to do my homework on that...it has been a few years
Ironically enough, by drinking more water.
Perfect lol! I can do that.
Molinin302Lol, beat me to it. Best advice ever. Theres natural alternatives to keep things moving, caffeine, cranberry etc. But the best option truly is to increase your consumption.
