So I ummed and Aaghed about putting this up a few times but then just thought what the hell - We are all human and most of us do it every day anyway Lmao ....Literally
What does everyone consider to be 'normal' for the amount of times a day to have one? I'm usually a once a day guy, sometimes 2 but often read that larger guys and pro's are often up to 5 times a day, I know that's what Larry Wheels quotes as having in his vids!!
To me that seems insane and would be both time consuming and painful as hell eventually? Especially if you like doing your Deadlifts & squats which often cause piles Lol

Once or twice a day when no dairy or Whey shakes are included in my diet(gain weight program) & more often when I include dairy in my deit(weight loss) due to not being able to digest it properly! Trial & error!
Do you suffer from Crohns or lactose intolerance on the dairy front? A friend of mine suddenly got diagnosed with it overnight from being a perfectly healthy young guy - had to stop eating virtually anything he enjoyed and what he could still eat could only have a few mouthfuls of it otherwise he's ill for days on end. Felt really sorry for him as its amazing how much enjoyment you get from food and how much you miss it when you can't have certain things anymore :(
It could vary person to person and depending on types and amounts of food consumption. I suggest for EVERY person I know to use some Metamucil on a daily basis. I take a heaping tablespoon in 8oz water right before bed. Try it for a week and I promise you will thank me.

Manateeswimmer5678I always make sure to get enough fiber everyday with the high diet to ensure optimal digestive health and absorption of all the protein, carbs and fats I'm consuming. I get this done with two cups of steel cut oats and a banana every morning. This makes me shit about 3 times a day and each time is a nice solid consistency without me straining or working to get it out lol. I notice days I don't get my fiber it's a Hershey Park fiesta down there and wiping my bunghole is a mess aka Hershey squirts or skid marks or swamp ass. I'm very pleased with the oatmeal and banana combo and will never look back.

I go 5 times aday. I was thinking it was alot but insaw a youtube video with greg doucette says he goes 5-6 aday he blames his on high fiber but didnt say how much aday of fiber he has. Im about 38-40 grams fiber aday

I've run a lot of Dbol mate and I can't say it has ever affected me, it may have in terms of the consistency of it Lol But I always run it with tren and that is a bugger for nice solid stools I tend to find. In fact I doubt there is a single organ in the human body that particularly 'likes' it lol

I’m every 12 hours like clockwork. About 5-10 mins after I wake up, and at night about 12 hours later.
6 in the morning and 6 at night. Almost to the minute.
Not to be gross but I should probably try to go more cuz sometimes my toilet isn’t thrilled about it and doesn’t want to do it’s job. If I went more it would probably have less work to do lol
When I’ve been 260lbs+ eating chicken and rice every two hours it wasn’t uncommon to have 4 solid movements a day. All that food has to go somewhere. While dieting down to 220 it usually drops to twice a day. I’m a huge proponent of a high fiber diet as well, if I didn’t have room to fit veggies on a bulk I’d use psyllium pills.
Seriously though mate - Does it not begin to get really sore when you are going that many times everyday? The other day I went 3 times and was starting to find it very uncomfortable sitting down!

Yeah it’s a bit of a pain in the ass but you get used to it. Gotta pay the cost if you want the size.
Every morning . Right as I get the location. My helper fires the unit up. I go do some logging on the side . Clean as a whistle with a baby wipe. Kick some dirt on it and go to work. Unless I eat pizza.. then it's just fucked up for a day or so.
