I agree, but it's like buying a mansion but can't afford to live in it. What you put in is what you put out.
Eating the same foods every day your body develops a natural rejection. Ever tried to eat a 40oz steak in one sitting? After you eat half your taste buds trick you that it's gross. Part of the reason most clean bulks end up dirty. Without variety the body tells you to fuck off lol.

Why do you keep saying "cant afford" the OP never said anything about anything he couldnt afford. Simply asked for tips on how to save $ while bulking, dont assume he is broke and "cant afford" to maintain gains. For all you and I know, he could be a frugal, wealthy man.

I read it as though he was asking to help lower the cost rather than scrimp on a bulk but I agree with you too, a bit like spending all your money on gear and having £100 left for food for the month.

Depends on where you are from, my particular part of the country has a supermarket with really well priced fresh chicken breast.

Or if your looking to go really really cheap, you could buy bags of frozen chicken but whew... that shit is garbage but it works. As far as I am concerned Potatoes work better than rice for bulking,

Bulking Shake Recipe:

2 Scoops Syntha Six Protein powder
1 cup of whole milk (i use lactose free)
1 cup of Instant Oatmeal (soaked in hot water)
2 tbs of Coconut oil

Ive stated this acouple times how funny we are all different
Potatoes bloat me but i can eat rice by the cup fulls. I make it in the rice cooker then make them into liitle gums balls and eat it very easy
