Vegan documentary Game changers is absolute bullshit
I’ve been noticing this brushfire of people watching GAME CHANGERS and all of a sudden want to become vegan. I call absolute bulls hit on certain claims that show has made.
I haven’t consumed meat in 6 years, that includes chicken. I was vegan for a couple of years and I will absolutely tell you that documentary game changers is absolute shit.
These athletes absolutely take supplements to remain relevant and wouldn’t be able to compete against these other athletes had they not.
I find it hilarious they attribute their success to becoming vegan but they were only vegan for a year or so, Diaz was the only athlete who has been this way for years and now his purity remains in question.
Veganism is absolutely a healthier life style. But in terms of muscle building and performance, I call bullshit.
My only debate to people is the body isn’t meant to process meat at the rate we consume it and it has become a capitalist industry which profits off our abuse of the ecosystem, on a spiritual level, cows are very sacred. They’re key contributors to the ecosystem because they’re one of the only creature who’s intestines break down cellulose, which is essentially nutritious fertilizer to sustain agriculture and re grow plants.
Not to mention they’re manure helps mycelial colonize which essentially leads to fungus hence Psilocybin magic mushrooms. The Hindus new this, also Hindus use cow manure to help keep away mosquitos and other insects that can carry diseases.
All living systems contains or emits a type of photon radiation or frequency. This isn’t to promote plant food so but the body best responds to plants on a frequency level as all food emits light when it’s briken down to the atomic level. Think about how much energy is exerted breaking a cow down to the atomic structure!!!! This can be reviewed and researched by looking up #BIOPHOTON EMISSIONS# Fritz Albert Popp
Call bullshit ? Look up Alexander Gurwitz and last but not least
Herbert Frolich Dielectric engineer who proved collective vibrations from photons helps generates cell development.
If you want to become vegan for a healthier lifestyle ? Saving the planet? Living healthier ? Fine. But at least from my experience, don’t think you’ll become this supreme athlete from it. All those athletes, especially the titans team who majority of that defense retired a year later because their stats dropped SIGNIFICANTLY. Look at Arian foster!!!
Tom Brady is also not a vegan. He just doesn’t consume red meat.

Everyone should watch or listen to the joe Rogan episode that debunks all of this bullshit. Cherry picked like a mother fucker and some are outright lies with no scientific backing.

The dude that’s on used to be vegan. Now he’s Whole Foods and mostly plant based but realizes you need meat.
It’s one of the best pieces of propaganda ever produced. Guess that’s what happens when James Cameron makes it.
That is why I am not going all in. But I will be getting a lipid profile after a few weeks of "mostly" plant based diet.
AnonI bet your gut bacteria will have better diversity/balance too.
Nice. Curious to see how it shakes out for ya. Honestly I think the only thing that matters is Whole Foods. I can’t imagine a bunch of plant based impossible burgers would balance out very well on the health scale, you know?
Either way I’m curious to see how ya do.
Who is going to just eat impossible burgers? I admit it is a challenge to creatively find food( I think I can live with ) strictly plant based, impossible burgers aren't even on the list at this point.
My wife and I used Pinterest for plant based recipes. I find myself eating a lot of Indian food most of the time.
My wife was doing pretty good with it but for me this is going to take a bit longer lol
AnonThey have some of the best rice based dishes I've ever had. My wife used to work for an Indian couple and they insisted on sending food home with her daily because she is so skinny lol there was a lemon and almond rice dish with maybe lamb? Amazing.
Lol I’m sure someone out there thinks it’s healthy.
StevebJames Cameron sells vegan crap so he's pushing that junk instead of making sure the new terminator movie wouldn't be a piece of shit
Priorities...
I watched the first 20 minutes and call BS.. I will probably switch to vegan for a couple of months. I feel like it will shock my body and I will grow even more when I go back to being a carnivore.
StevebSwitching to vegan won't help you gain more muscle no matter how you do it.
Yes but When I switch back I will... It’s all about keeping your body confused..... It’s almost cleaning out your body from toxins and the shit they put in meat nowadays. I may just do it for a month.
StevebI'd rather do a salt water fast and then go back to eating a bunch of meat. You'll get rid of any bloating and visceral fat.
Never heard of it. I’ll look into it...
StevebIt's one of the quickest ways to get rid of mid section fat
I can’t do the vegan thing... Keto it is!
be careful with that ...
StevebI've already done a few water fasts. The longest was 3 weeks.
AnonDehydration and uncontrollable shitting?
StevebI was very hydrated actually but one time my stools were watery at the start and then I had none. I think you have that uncomfortable shitting problem if you're very fat and you drink way too much of the salt mixture.
if you drink to much of the salt mixture you can meet an untimely death ....
yeah some chick died down here in oz from it.
i know what your talking about.
another got brain damage.
hope you been good grrl.
hope yous have good xmas and new year!!
StevebHow much salt did they drink? I don't know man that doesn't sound right.
Rustyhookerhttps://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5537768/
Looks to be a lot at one sitting but looking at sodium in soda, premade foods and adding in a 'salt wash'....could set someone up for issues.
million deaths a year?

StevebMeh sugar kills more people when you think about it.
RustyhookerYes. It just give basic references.
StevebNot likely you'd have to drink a lot of salt to kill yourself. There is only a tablespoon in the gallon mixture.
AnonHuh, I might look into that this spring. Not fat people shitting...the water fasting...
StevebThere is a group where people post their results and details about their fast.
“Poop Group”?!
I watched it (finally). The most compelling thing for me was the lipids. So the wife and I are going to start transitioning to mostly plant based for awhile. I don't plan on being vegan at all, but I do believe we can do a bit better
Right. Lol. I do love beef; Especially Menudo. Lol. Nicely written bro. You're obviously educated and experienced
Why do some vegans feel the need to try and justify their abilities and then give all the credit to their diet. Like even if being a vegan was great for strength sports, which it isn't as you mention, why contribute your success to your diet? There are so many other factors that play into it, like just say how it help, not that it was the difference. Dishonesty will make people hate any movement.
You absolutely elaborated the point I was trying to make but in better context. Thank you for further illustrating my point.
RustyhookerIve never seen a bodybuilder or, powerlifter thats was champion status and vegan. Its a fad.
And in the hospital scene its the vegans that have life altering issues first. Typically death.
StevebI'm so tired of Nate and Nick Diaz saying they are vegan. They eat fish, shrimp, other seafood, and eggs. They are NOT in anyway vegan or even vegetarian.

No it's actually very unhealthy and lacks tons of shit you need. Eating organ meats and grass fed beef is healthy.
We do not have multiple stomachs and a fermentation chamber that converts plants into fat. We are not meant to eat plants.
We were plant eating beings at one time when we had molars for K-9s and blocky teeth throughout in general, and speaking from Darwins theiry of Natural Selection; in other words, the ape has always been a great big hit. I dont believe that the Sasquach, or the Neandrothal has sharper teeth either but built for more for eating plants. But what do I know. Just sounds good
Darwin predates DNA testing. DNA testing supports Darwin.
Granted, we were not built to hunt big game. We were not fast. We could not bite into pray to bring it down.
BUT,
We, had thumbs. We had tools. Like other primates we were gatherers, scavengers and opportunistic. If we saw carrion birds eating a carcass, I'm sure we took the opportunity to take the easy meal. I doubt if we had the luxury of being choosy.
We do have canine teeth, 4 of them, 2 top and 2 lower on each side of the 4 front teeth. Their "sharpness" or "pointiness" have devolved but are still visible (more in some than others)
FYI, Dogs have molars and we most certainly don't have molars for canines.
And I was using the K9 as an example that our sharper teeth that you clearly pointed out, were once, not k9s??? Another part of us that evolved Into bipedal , meat eating human beings developing larger brains, able to build fires, build use tools hammering and cutting tools as you've specified, dug graves, hunted?? I just had the idea that old world and new world monkeys or anthropoids were all non-meet eaters but changed for us as did everything else that separated us from the apes. You make more sense and I do believe you
.
You stated,
We have never had molars for canines. Unlike our primate cousins, our canines have become "dull".
Ok ok. Lololol. I'm talking about the older chimps. Lolol. Point taken. You're correct. Wasnt trying to argue by all means just thinking out loud but, point taken, or lesson learned.. I loved this subject years back. I really dont know why I had gone the plant eating direction. I figure that I just twisted some facts that I knew of at one time, but dont know how I twisted them so badly. Thank you. Very interesting. I'm sure that you are knowledgable all around; Lots of knowledge in your mind. I'll remember that fact before ever trying to argue
Older? you mean old like me?
Lolol. I've seen a pic of you. Ur definitely one to look up to and follow. Yiur jacked, lean and healthy lookin. No Homo. Lol
StevebNo
But I do enjoy talking with wise, educated and knowledgable people, makes me feel like a total jackass. Lol
We are in the same family, or evolved from the same family as Gorillas, Bonobos, chimpanzees and arangatanges? Anthropoids? tree dwellers at one time. Ahhhhhh. I do t know. Trying to use a bit of logic I took a course years back, "Origins and antiquity of humankind," in other words, i know nothing, and I'm blind but you are very interesting, and obviously educated beyond my level of learning and bookknowledge. But thanks for taking that time.
StevebI don't have multiple stomachs and a fermentation chamber to convert plant matter into fat. Also I can process cholesterol unlike animals that graze.
If you eat plants you shit out almost all of it as insoluble fiber because we're not built to eat that. And that's plants people have cultivated to eat. If you go out into the wilderness and try and eat stuff you won't be able to eat pretty much anything.
There are zero civilizations that have lived off plants only.
Go your whole life eating plants only and you won't live to be old or be able to reproduce.
Yes
I have a few fruits and vegetables that come from plants. I wasnt referring to my stallions or Longhorn bulls grazing the alfalfa from the palms of my hands; although, the leaves from the Alfalfa plant can be nutritious to humans as well as Algie. Some plants or trees produce under and above ground, some above, peanuts and potatoes vs. Walnuts and an orange or apple which grow above ground. Real talk. Thi king out loud and I do agree with both Steve and Greg 100%
