What is your favorite exercise for back?

IMO,i like Bent Over Row, i can feel the stretched on my back.

Rack pulls (from mid thigh), single arm DB rows, bent over rows, upright rows, and lately two variants of lat pulldowns (either wide and single arm OR supinated and wide grip). Pretty much covers the bases for this meso

*** edit, didn't mean upright rows, but rather hammer strength high rows

Yes mate, nice and slow, bringing the elbow right back works a treat.
I like a slight incline on the bench,
2 sets of 8-10,
2 sets 8-10 with a strap,
then last set lower the weight and go as close to failure as possible without losing form.

Deadlift for all over building & great traps - Plus outright Ego!! Lol
BB Rows for the best back thickness
Weighted Chins to really concentrate on the pulling contraction and to broaden out the shoulders too....
