Rack pulls (from mid thigh), single arm DB rows, bent over rows, upright rows, and lately two variants of lat pulldowns (either wide and single arm OR supinated and wide grip). Pretty much covers the bases for this meso
*** edit, didn't mean upright rows, but rather hammer strength high rows
AnonDeadlifts followed by tbar rows, then maybe some single arm dumbbell rows..then some trap work and maybe some lat pulls to really burn it out..
Fk now I gotta hit back today...got me all fired up..fkIN RAAGGEE!

Nothing build more back thickness than heavy ass T-Bar rowing !!

Excellent old school exercise , here u can get beyond your limits.
Yes mate, nice and slow, bringing the elbow right back works a treat.
I like a slight incline on the bench,
2 sets of 8-10,
2 sets 8-10 with a strap,
then last set lower the weight and go as close to failure as possible without losing form.
With it being so big I can't narrow it down to just one so:
Deadlift for all over building & great traps - Plus outright Ego!! Lol
BB Rows for the best back thickness
Weighted Chins to really concentrate on the pulling contraction and to broaden out the shoulders too....
