puberty and puffy nipples

Hello everyone
I’ll try to be short
since puberty I have puffy nipples, after joining the game of AAS and doing some research I thought its gyno and visited doc and he said it’s normal there isn’t any gyno but
when Im on cycle and using aro it goes away no puffy nipples and it’s a nice feeling
so how to get rid of it forever? any ideas

Yo, so I have the puffy nipples from puberty too. From talking to my fiancées plastic surgeon when she got her boob job the only way to get rid of the puffiness is to surgically remove the underlying breast tissue.
PallMallLower your body fat and it will should go away. Could also be an effect of subq water and fat accumulation.
Just carry around ice packs in ur pocket and rub them on ur chest every 10 mins or so.
Unfortunately I’m not sure that sucks man. I have a buddy that the same thing happened to when we were growing up and it’s the reason he started lifting. He figured the bigger his chest got the less noticeable they’d be (we were also like 14, so not a lot of good logic there). He’s a fucking beast to this day and I believe they just went away on their own when we were like 18. I hadn’t heard of them sticking around before. I think that’s just the hand I were delt. You could probably talk to a plastic surgeon if it bugs you that much but I wouldn’t sweat it.
First, you need to wait until your balls drop and you grow out of puberty.
But even that's not forever...
At around 60 your balls will unflatteringly drop some more and it will return.
