Hi,
I am starting my journey and want to do that in a professional way from the scratch,
As far as I searched; I found multiple fat measurement methods; digital equipments, fat-fold tests or regular statistics that u calculate by weight, hight and waist circumference.
Which one of these methods is most legit, thanks...

As Greg said; you can't beat the calipers for a fast reliable reading! Other complex ,methods may be more accurate but aren't needed and are expensive. you just need a good reference range!
The fat fold test (calipers) is the best low tech, low cost method you can use; Impedance scales the worst.
