Communication and support is always quick and helpful. I have made rookie mistakes along the way and they steer me in the right direction of fix any issues right away. Without getting to specific, one order was stopped on the way and they were on it, got it together and resent everything everything. They are always cool even if I make a stupid mistake and I appreciate that side of UGFREAK
T/A has always been on point even when pack got seized. I’ve ordered US domestic, and overseas and have gotten everything in less time than stated. Packs are always tight and damaged free. These guys don’t play. Never been shorted if anything they throw something extra on top.
These guys are great to deal with always kind and helpful, wide variety of products priced fair, service is second to none in my opinion and experience.

Communication and support offered was top notch. I had a number of significant issues with my “order” which I have spoken about when I posted the gear pics and on Freaks SI. Despite this being a free promo (and a very generous one at that) and the source didn’t really have to do anything to help when packs went missing, FREAK went out of his way to ensure I got what he had promised and that he kept me updated every step of the way and was fully transparent about the problems - none of which were of his making.
This is how good trust and long standing relationships are built. I said it in some of my others pic posts and on the SI. It’s easy to judge and say great comms, support and TA when things go right but it is when things go wrong and how the source acts and behaves that is where the true tests on these things take place. I am pleased to say FREAK aced these ones!

-3UG Freak is da bomb! Every time I have placed an order he has come though. My last order was lost in the mail for a few weeks, through no fault of his. The post office screwed up. He sent a replacement package out as soon as we realized there was an issue. Can't recommend enough!

-3I’ve ordered from UGFreak probably about 8 times over the past 2 years and I feel like every time I do, the experience is worse and worse. From waiting a month to receive a domestic order to telling me something I already paid for is out of stock, to now not shipping my order at all. I chose the express domestic (1-3 days) it’s been 5 days now, and no word of when or if they’ll ship it. I reached out to customer service and surprise, no answer.

Well i am the guilty party at hand,i placed an order and received the order but never got back on to write a review, i was so eager to hit the gym. The staff at Eroids were very helpful until they took me down to 3 karma points but all emails were answered direct and fast

This review is long long over due ugfreak is on point. I got in on a promo last year I received 2 test bottles and the packaging was discreet and delivery fast. The test was clear no pip at all and I go in my shoulders!! + 1Cycle consisted of Para Pharma 1/2ml Susta 350 and 1/2ml Trenbo E per/week for 20 weeks.
Body weight gain from 203lbs to 215lbs with a 5% decrease in body fat.
Overall strength gains include squat increase from 315 for 5 reps to 15 reps. Decreases in shoulder pain.
Will be planning next cycle soon from UG Freak.

Cut mix, tren ace, mast prop and proviron. All these products where from Para pharma.
Great comms, always gets back to me. Tbh, it's a well oiled machine, very little is needed.
Ta was pretty quick, I always forget the actual days but came quicker than expected. Like around a week tops from being posted out.
I would like to add the majority of this cycle is from promo 33. Freak is freakingly generous, the kindness he has shown on eroids is unrivalled. I fucking love the man lol. And a shout out to the guy's behind the scenes, it ain't a one man show so props where their deserved!!!!

UGfreak has one of the best communication & support. Some e-commerce store should take some pointers. We all should know a 24 hour reply is standard however I have experienced replies within an hour or so. But always expect a reply at least 24 hours from when you replied to them. They always reply in a professional matter even if you seem to get a little nasty with them. (Been with them for many years and I've learned they are as legit as they come, No need to worry!)
T/A is an iffy situation because once it's shipped they do not have any control on the postage time. However on average I receive the package within 5-10 days from when it's shipped. Which is pretty awesome since a lot of out of country deliveries for me take way longer! Cough Cough Ebay products from China
Packaging of the products are always concealed well and proper to eliminate any risk of damage. If you're truly curious on how they ship their products. Order something glass and its around the same concept.
Nothing more I can say besides these suppliers always been there when i needed them. Products are rarely out of stock and if they are, they're replenished quickly!

-1I had just arrived in Europe (from Brazil) and I was looking for a roid supplier. This was when I found out about EROIDS on google. I was going back and forth over the EU suppliers and, after carefully analyzing the options, I decided to buy my wife's gear at UGF.
One thing that was decisive for me to choose UGF was that they offer payment methods other than digital currency (bitcois, etc). I payed by MG.
It was my very firt order at UGF and in the EU as well.
1x Tren Ace 100mg/ml - 10ml vial by Dragon Pharma.
The communication and support were good. I placed the order in the weekend, and couple days after, I received the payment instructions. Besides that, I had all my questions properly and timely answered by UGF team.
It took about a week between the placed order and its shipment, reinforcing that all the steps are included within this time (order, payment instructions, payment, payment confirmation and shipping).
The pack was shipped on april 24th, 2019 and got to my hands on may 02nd, 2019. The product was very well packed and sealed, double packed by the way. It was very discrete. They provided a tracking number.
Please not that this is the worst part of ANY online purchase. So, whenever you order at any store, BE PATIENT and control your anxiety.
I have nothing to complain about from UFG, instead I recommend it.
I'll place my next order soon; just deciding if DHB ou methenolone (primobolan) for her again.

+ 1Okej guys, this is a review of my last order i kicked in with the freaks from UG. It was my 5th order so far and everything was great as expected. Payment via bitcoin and fast shipping (around 3 days after payment) with tracking code and around 10 days to my door.
After I get the gear I started to try it - needed the juice for my summer dietry support and my experience after I used it is great.
Sexual increase fucking awesome, this is what we need to have as a good backup in our lifestyle - what is a great body without a pumped boy.
Workouts are getting crazy - the pump as well and the gainz quick came out - Trenbo+Stano Stack. My veinz were getting taller and fuller day by day and I used 1tab Stano (2 times daily a half tab) ed. So I try to break my personal limits and started to train harder and more often.
I used trenbolone some years before and this time I had some typical sides: sleepless nights, sweating all day and a kind of irritability. I used 400mg e5d in this cycle and the sides are getting much better.
