So i know alot of brands make shoes specifically for lifting. Im always running from my apartment to the gym so i been wearing my nike odysseys. Im kinda getting sick of taking them off for squats and deadlifts and was wondering is there a shoe in between you guys recommend? Any input appreciated (even if you just post the type of shoe you wear while in the gym).

If you like going barefoot, check out Vibram five fingers. That's pretty much all I wear.
Dead's are great bare footed but I couldn't squat that way.
Damn bro its like an unwritten rule on here.
Never take my advice...
Personally I use a very low shoe , I like it . I always bought Gorilla Wear.

i see alot of these actually. how do they feel running?
Actually they,re pretty okay to run, not like actual running shoes but it‘s okay..you just need some nice extra shoe insoles and you‘re set.
For lifting I like high top chucks or high top shoes from gorilla wear!
