Suddenly heavy acid reflux again
A while ago I had heavy reflux issues, after nearly each meal I had to puke. This was after my Test/Tren/Provi cycle (1200mg, 600mg, 50mg ed) NO OTHER ORALS. My weight after the cycle was about 270 and really lean. Then I stopped the cycle and my reflux issues started 2-3 weeks later. I wasn't able to eat or drink anything...I had to puke after each thing I ate/drunk EVEN WATER.
Then I went to the hospital and they gave me infusions and an PPI and so on, they did many checks - nothing! Since this time it got better and better...
Then I cruised around with 3x100mg Sust/week to stay in shape. Mo/We/Fri
Now I started a new cycle , Susta, Deca, Provi, Var (700mg, 300mg, 50mg ed, 60mg ed) and had no problems but when I started with the Var (60mg ed) the issues came back bout 1 week after starting with them, day by day more stomach pain, reflux and no appetite...
I NEVER had any probs before , even not with high amounts of steroids, no matter if injects or orals. Once I used 200mg drol daily without any stomach probs, just for example...
Does anyone have an idea what goes wrong here?

r4zor_reloadedI use Ranitidine (Zantac). Works like a charm. I believe it's OTC now but I usually get mine prescribed. I can't say this is the option for everyone though.. Might want to start off simple.. try some antacids, etc
Try a 14 day run of NEXIUM. It always holds my reflux at bay for at least a couple of months.
I have similar trouble since starting the var.I’m on 60var, 50 provi, ED with Test prop 3x150, NPP 3x100. I also take protonix 40 Ed. My stomach has been killing me. After eating I feel sick to my stomach. Had to cut out pre and during workout drinks. I doubled up on protonix one in the morning and one at night. As of Monday it’s gotten better. Manageable at least.
Ey I made a account for this I been lurking for years. I have the LINX and lemme tell u bro it's hit or miss. Before I went in for surgery felt like complete ass cheeks they made me do 3 series of tests to see if I qualify which i did. Bro I went to 200 to 140 lbs it's not a big deal but I'm telling u this severely stops u from eating at first. U can eat a piece of bread and not be hungry. I fucking hated the recovery period man food gets lodged on top of it and it pools and makes u like it back up. I wrestled with this for 8 months now and the only way I can eat meats bread etc by drinking hot water before and during. Not a big deal. But I'm letting you know it's considered a serious surgery and don't fuck around. I got it covered through Medicaid so I'm thankful. I have to carry a card around thru metal detectors n shit can't have strong mri. Etc etc I had a sliding hiatal hernia as well. I'm just giving you a warning if ur committed it's gonna suck ur gonna wish u never got it done and cry every time u eat. But I feel fucking amazing now dude I'm gaining my weight back slowly but man I was so fucked up during the recovery period I wanted to kill myself. Not everyone has these problems there is a fb group about it and it was more helpful than my doctor. This isn't some light shit bro this interferes with everything u gotta learn how to eat again. U think ur suffering now this shit is horrible. But in the end I feel amazing dude just sucks I had to go through basically dying lol. My 2 cents and sorry for long book bro but I felt obligated to share my story bcuz I went thru it. Time to nut up and get it done if u want. It is also better than a Nissan fundoplication wrap (doctors words) and some Google research. The choice is yours friend. Force urself to eat and ride it out brother edit- U can puke with this and everything is normal. It's basically the new wave for acid reflux
This might sound strange but whenever i get acid reflux on cycle its because my estro is too high.
I battled that still am, I have a stomach hernia causing mine. Get an endoscopy. I need the surgery to being down my stomach but they are hesitant due to the fact that I puke everything and even water.
I only hope that this surgery method is strong enough to survive heavy wo routines.
Sorry about the previous typo but I need the surgery to bring my stomach down. They do the MESH here and I dont want that. Theres another option called the LINX which is safer than MESH. With the MESH you're stuck so if I did get this and had vomiting issues basically I'd have to be fed through a tube if it went wrong as its irreversible as my doctor says and it must be reevaluated like every 10 years or so but with the LINX, they can just remove it and I'd be back to where I started which is in hell. It's a no brainer for me but convincing these doctors to think outside the box has been challenging to say the least. I attend the absolute best hospital in all of Belgium and I've also attended the Mayo Clinic which is the number 1 gastroenterologist department in the world but man they are slow, I mean they just made me repeat tests after tests due to my bloodwork inconsistency without acknowledging that I will always be inconsistent due to not being able to hold down anything. "Man it sucks, I just wake up and my only thoughts are how many times will I puke today" that's been the past 8 years of my life and it went from year 1 puke maybe 1 or 2 times eod to year 8 all day everyday, my life is a living hell but all I can do is stay positive some days are harder to deal with but some how some way I find the strength to go on...
Ive lifted heavy on legs all my days, my strongest body part hands down and when I first started lifting for sport training, I use to wear my belt super tight and I think that really pushed my stomach up as I was lifting heavy from the age of 18. I use to do the hack squat machine or reverse squat machine heavy and my stomach would bulge high in my abdomen, one day my lifting partner even noticed it but again I wore my belt so tight " and for my entire workout" No PEDs at that time just food, weider protein shakes, and more food. I really do feel that this was the beginning of my trials and tribulations. Now I lift heavy without the use of a belt except sometimes when going in the 600lb squat range I will belt up for the set and remove it immediately after
Dominick77Bodyweight of 175lbs if your stats are current/correct and squatting 600lbs range is very solid bro. So you would hit 495lbs, (5 plates) without a belt like you stated for how many would you say on a regular squat/leg day?
Var & Tren causes reflux for me ... Provi not so much ... daily intake of Apple Cider Vinegar helps. Start with 1 tablespoon , 10:1 dilution with water.
If his is like mine ACV will do absolutely nothing. If you face burning symptoms in the stomach they will give you a PPi which will stop the burn but not the puking. Only thing that helps me is not to eat. I went almost 30 days without eating because I just needed the relief. You have no idea how much it sucks to not to be able to hold down anything. I eat 10 minute later I puke going on 8 years now puking every single day from morning to bedtime. I go to sleep it wakes me up I have to eat something to kill the pain then puke it then try to get to sleep.fast enough before the next stomach ailment. This just repeats repeats repeats. Hopefully I will have the surgery in about a month as I'm finishing up tests. They are hesitant to do the stomach surgery because I puke as once you get the surgery you will not be able to puke or belch anymore.

I think I'll get this surgery too, cardia is fully destroyed as the new results show!
Yeah buddy, if you're going through this the surgery is the only way, I ve tried all the pills, breathing tech, seen psychologists, neurologists, cardiologist, you name it and its costs me tens of thousands of dollars. What is happening now I think the stomach is now pushing into the diaphragm which cause all the other discomfort. I mean sometimes the food just never even seems to make it down my throat and I'm left with that up to here feeling...
You mean I should "risk" it to feel well again? Doc says it too, I should do it but I've no idea if the surgery method is strong enough to "survive" all my following wo routines...
I'm hardcore lol, yesterday I started with 2 tablespoons , pure without water, disgusting but helped!
RivaVery bad for your teeth and throat, you should really dilute it and drink it with a straw to make sure it doesn't touch your teeth.
You need to take generic pepcid 20mg by mouth two times a day 12 hours apart. Problem resolves
I'll check what this is mate, ty!
edit: Damn not available in Europe.
RustyhookerOrals always give acid reflux to me. So does tren. Your break between cycles was coupke weeks? You got a show or getting paid to die slowly?
Tren too? Break was 6 months. Last time my plan was to compete but I have too less time for a good and stressfree prep. !
RustyhookerOhhh...damn time flies. Orals get me with acid. Try the cider vinegar?
I think we would simply be guessing because it could be due to so many factors. It might be a good idea to get a hold of a good GI Doc and get a real thorough analysis.
Thats the reason why I did a full check up mate but they found nothing!
Is your bloodwork all in range?
Var really doesnt agree with me for some reason.
Is your diet different? Are you working stooped over?
All in range Sam, diet the same just less food than before.
No I'm sitting most of the day.
Sounds like a great time to invest into some injectable orals!
right, lol
Any oral besides proviron does this to me even while taking prilosec.
Seems like my body changed and now I don't toerate any orals too...
Could be bro
Alphamale500I know you said in the past you could use any orals or injectables, but maybe your body has changed now. It seems like you only experience this now when using orals right? Maybe for whatever reason your body can't tolerate the c17aa compounds anymore. They could've possibly caused some damage or irritation to your GI tract or stomach lining. But then again, you've had everything tested right? Maybe your best bet is to stay away from any c17aa compounds.
There's a very good supplement that I mentioned before on here for acid reflux issues, gastric ulcers, digestion issues and basically all stomach related issues called DGL(Deglycyrrhizinated licorice). It's a very good supplement. And this is just a thought, but maybe adding a digestive enzyme supplement can possibly help you out. I take one called Digestitol that contains Lactase, Bromelain, Cellulase, Pancreatin, Protase, Amylase, Lipase and Bioperine to increase absorption rates.
I hope everything works out for you.
Maybe you're right, seems like I'm getting too old for this sport...turning 35 soon :(
GI check showed everythink is fine, yes!
Alphamale500Oh man, don't say you're too old! I'm a few years older than you! Lol!
Maybe there's been a change in your gut bacteria, perhaps supplement with some probiotics.
I already use Probiotics mate.
Both provi and var give me reflux. I use to never get indigestion but now it seems to come and go.. Not sure if u split up ur doses, but that has helped me in the past. And watch ur diet, some foods or juices, and especially cigarettes can provoke reflux. That shit sucks! Good luck brother..
I know thats why I eat very clean and for sure I don't smoke.
Thanks bro!
TrenLiverJust because you had no side effects last cycle doesn’t mean this cycle will be same
unfortunately, each cycle can be a new and unique experience.
Zantac helps me w heartburn and reflux.
Thats true , just wondering cause same Brand and Batch as I've already used. I use Pantoprazole against heartburn.
Alphamale500That's very true! You can even have an allergic reaction to something that you've been using for a long time with no issues. Like I had an anaphylactic type reaction to topical test when I was using it for trt a long time ago. I was using this product for many months with no problems whatsoever, and then one day after applying it I developed a bad allergic reaction. I had purple rashes with hives, my whole face swelled up and even my eyes were closing.
It was a good thing that I had some Benadryl and Pepcid(both histamine blockers) close by to take immediately, and then I went to the hospital. Even on the way to the hospital my symptoms were subsiding a lil bit since I took those histamine blockers right away. The doctor said the allergic reaction was likely from one of the inert ingredients in the topical test.
That's why I always say that it's very smart to have some Benadryl and Pepcid on hand whenever taking any kind of gear/medication/peptide/supp or basically anything. Especially if it's your first time using it! It could very well save your life, or prevent you from being hospitalized.
+1
i don’t fuck w orals anymore, any of them.
Alphamale500That is a smart move! I think of doing that too sometimes. With their extensive sides, they're really just not worth it. Some are really great though! But I think I'm gonna go that same route soon and totally stop using any orals. Idk!
I think me too, not worth to use this stomach killers ... and nowadays good injectable dbol and drol is available!
I'm going through the same thing with the Var brother. Only been on it for 9 days and I was up and down all night drinking pepto and chewing antiacid. Entire cycle was smooth sailing but for some reason certain orals and definitely Tren give me ridiculous heartburn. I am about to start back on Apple Cider Vinegar. Other times this has happened as long as I stuck to 2 tablespoons a day the heartburn went from severe to minimal. I don't mind the taste but there are some recipes to make it more tolerable if it bothers you. Just rinse your mouth after use if you decide to try it. It is hard on your teeth from what I've been told.
2 tablespoons apple c. vinegar helped u?
It helped me 100% I took prescription heartburn medicine and I was able to stop it cause of apple cider vinegar
Any brand u prefer ? But I think with Bragg I can't go wrong.
Dominick77I put my tabs in between peanut butter chunky style and ingest them that way, no acid reflux. On days I am in a rush and pop the tabs normally, I will wake up that night with acid reflux. Hope it works for you bro.
Dominick77"Now I started a new cycle , Susta, Deca, Provi, Var (700mg, 300mg, 50mg ed, 60mg ed) and had no problems but when I started with the Var (60mg ed) the issues came back bout 1 week after starting with them, day by day more stomach pain, reflux and no appetite..."
Considering you mentioned the issues started a week after you started the Anavar, I would personally drop the Anavar and see if it gets better. I have older friends who cannot take orals anymore, but were able to handle plenty of them when they were younger. Dont know for sure, but maybe its a way our bodies tell us to dum it down a notch. I hope it gets better for you bro. Wish you well.
270 and really lean?? Love to see what that looks like...pics or it didnt happen. lol jk
It gets better but it never ends entirely thats the stupid thing...
I had a pic online at this time
