IGF-1 LR3 or DES
Hello Everyone,
I wanted to ask this question since I have been unable to find any answers:
How much IGF-1 LR3 or DES does it take to flood the receptors? In other words, at what dosage does the IGF-1 go from mainly attaching to the muscle receptors to the receptors within the intestinal tract.
In cases of IGF-1 LR3, since it is more systematic, and extended-half life, I would assume a lower dose is better but what does is actually needed to ensure receptors within the muscles get their full serving size of quality IGF-1 to cause hyperplasia/hypertrophy. Suppose to run for 4 weeks on/4 weeks off from everything that I have read to due desensitization.
However, with DES since it is more localized due to the short half life, I would assume a higher dose can be used to saturate the receptors within the muscles but what dose is actually needed to cause the hyperplasia/hypertrophy? From what I have read DES can be run indefinitely per say since desensitization in unlikely due to the short half - IGF-1 isnt just floating around 24/7. Obviously this would cost an arm and a leg (LOL).
I had tried to go IGF-1 LR3 in the past, I did 50mcg every day and had extreme carpel tunnel, not sure if it did any benefit, I was experimenting and only did 20 days worth.
Anyways this time around, looking to either do: I will be doing 4uis HGH ED alongside with the IGF-1.
IGF-1 LR3 at 20mcg ED Post Workout
or
IGF-1 DES 40mcg ED split bi-laterally Post Workout.
Let me know what you think.
Thanks Guys! Looking for your input here. Also would like to know if you have any cycle experience with either analog of IGF-1 and what your cycle dose/length looked like.

Though I'm not a big fan of Peptides; they do have their place. i simply feel the money is best spent on HGH the real thing. IGF 1-R-3 at 20 mpg should be sufficient!
50mcg is a big dose is ur using everyday, makwa has a great threat in the forums about igf dosages and timing that should have all the info u need, soulja has some good info out there to but csnt remember where I read it... I am currently running lr3, and des experiments and they helped me tremendously
anatrainer281Hey Gym,
Thanks for the reply. I have been scouring the boards and say threads of makwa and others. Also read some other things that once IGF is accepted into the receptor its effects last 72 hours. I used 50mcg before and did not like it due to the extreme sides. At many times, I couldnt hold a dumbbell or even do much of anything without crazy pumps.
What are your current dosages for lr3, how often?
With DES, what was your dosing protocol?
Just curious of how much IGF is actually needed for your muscle receptors before it starts to work systemic and grows your intestines and everything else as well.
or if DES would be the better option to avoid systemic growth such as intestine growth
well I am just experimenting to see what works for my body... but I tried 20mcg lr3 pre workout (I know its effectiveness is in the post workout, but I wanted to try out the igf pump, credit PPGfreak for that idea), and then post work out and the next day post workout used des 20mcg in the muscle groups worked that day... havent used it in 3 days, and I'm still hard as a rock from the pump after the workout I tried the lr3...
I plan on using the lr3 post this weekend, will update you... also remember, the quality of the product is very important in Dosing igf
anatrainer281Yes, the quality of what I will be getting is supposed to be the best available with a huge track record of success. More isnt always better, I will wait and check out your post! Thanks
