You and I are somewhat similar in stats. I’m turning 37 soon so you have 2 years on me, our BF % is close, I’m slightly heavier than you. You are a few inches taller. So here is the point. I was at 179lbs earlier in the year. I’m 192 ish lbs now AND 5% less BF. The TRT helped me I’m sure but I equate it more to fine tuning my diet and focus in the gym. I do feel like I have hit a plateau with weight but strength is my main concern and it continues to slowly increase. I would evaluate diet first based on your goals; plenty of people here to help with that. It’s a waste to get into a cycle if diet is off. I’m eating about 1000 calories more than you. I love to meal prep. I do it for myself, the wife, and my son. I can share some recipes with you if you like.
All these guys are correct bud. You need to get your diet and training together and I mean really truly study and understand dieting properly before you go back on anything. If you aren’t eating and training properly then no compounds matter. Good luck to you I’m sure your more the capable of achieving all of this!
At your 4th cycle I have to agree something is off. I would focus on food also. My first cycle was over 2 months ago. I gained 12lbs and have kept 11lbs. I've been more of a student of diet lately than anything. If I cant pack on weight without AAS I sure as hell wont be able to keep it after a cycle. There's good advice here bud, you might not hear what you want to hear but it will be the truth and if someone gives you bad advice--rest assured they'll get roasted too. Good luck and keep lifting.

Well I was out of the gym from December 2017 till May 2018, on my 3 cycle I was 210 lbs, bf 12%
I'm back at the game since June, so after like almost 4 months I want to that cycle, by the way I never been under 200 lbs. That's why I'm asking, I eat 230 g protein, 270-300g carbs, 60-80 g fat, I started doing this like a almost a month ago, so I'm planning starting this cycle by November. This my background man.
Oh man! Definitly copying the link. I bet it would also make an awesome generic schnitzel...pork meal. I do my schnitzel on the george forman so theres no extra oils.
Tried it with pork loin and it wasn't as good but damn with chicken. Can't beat it. As for pork loin I do this except Brown in oil and bake on a wire rack above a cookie sheet so the oil gets baked out of it. Nice and crispy crust but little to no oil in it.
