Hey bros,
I need my motivation back , and I remember always doing my research on body building and amping myself up. I want to get back to that mindset which I think I am. I wanted to say hi and wanted tips on how to get right back on my bike for the road to a six pack? I'm in my mid 20s.

Aim for -2lbs of fat a week. Keep a clear head. Understand you have a long road ahead of you. Remember why you started and find the motivation you need to get by on a day to day basis. You're looking at something like a 1400 calorie a day diet in combination with weights and cardio. Make sure to keep your heart rate elevated during weights at all times. Consider weight training to be more of an aerobic activity for fat loss purposes. The alternative is to lift how you want and do an hour of cardio every day. If you're familiar with running cycles and are able to control hormone levels at a higher body fat it could potentially really speed up the process. Best of luck

Here, order some human body fat taken from liposuctions, have the fat sit in a bowl in your fridge, everytime you go to eat you'll get a good reminder of how fat looks and then be less likely to ever be remotely fat again.
Then come up with an excellent, low-calorie diet in combination with a strong regiment of cardio and HIIT workouts. Try changing your types of exercises up and see if it has an effect on your body.
Good looks on the Amazon link lmao
lol shit, I guess that's all just replicas, but I've heard of people order actual bags of human fat as a motivator.
Lol How do I get karma up?

Lol I actually did and that is helping me. Thanks
I had to stop lifting for 7 months due to an injury. I lost a lot of muscle and gained a lot of fat. I went on a strict KETO diet and in 30 days, I will looking pretty good again. Its easier to rebuild than to build. I would show you pics for motivation but I don't know how to. Its all about hard work and staying focused. Much easier when you see results.
True rebuilding is easier, thanks for the advice
Just get to the gym. Once u do and start feeling and seeing the changes you will want more. Those days when u dont feel like going, remember how good it feels after you're done training and how shitty it feels to carry extra fat. And remind yourself that your body will not change itself. You have to get up and do it. Grab a red bull and get moving.
Good luck!
Thanks a lot bro!
Don’t think anyone here will be able to motivate you. It’s your mindset, whether you want it or you don’t. New girlfriend can be a good motivation by the way lol
As Sam said, watching your calories and putting some work in would be a good start
True I started watching my calories, I'm thinking of doing meal plans again. Thanks bro
Watch your calories and do cardio.
Thanks bro
Boom.
