Hi,

Been working out since I was about 10, I idolised my dad who himself was into bodybuilding but didn’t have the genetics to actually put on any decent muscle.

He was always ripped though, famed for his obliques which i recall him telling me he was complimented on by a juicer who asked him how he did it and he replied that he didn’t work on them, they were natural, to which the guy told him he was a lucky bastard!

I was the same in terms of physique until my teens, then I put on decent size, but that was never my goal. I just wanted to be ripped like him. I only started putting on real size when I went from high rep/low weight to high weights/high reps. Then it went silly.

I never thought I’d juice as the way I saw it eventually I’d have to come off, but once I took the plunge I was hooked.
The ease that I slabbed muscle on, the change in mood (for the good), my new confidence and assertiveness; the only bad side is cycling off, I’ve never had acne or the medias loved term ‘roid rage’ but luckily its never been too harsh as I always follow PCT to the letter.

I don’t intend to ever compete as it looks like far too much dedication and struggle for me, but I respect those who do. For me its more the confidence, aesthetics and breaking my own records.

Anyway hope to share my own experiences and learn from others, many of you have been very kind and offered some good advice.
