My other half has me hooked on Simple Girl County Sweet BBQ. It's all organic, gluten free , no preservatives or artificial colors. Like most of the other crap bought at the stores this one actually taste pretty damn good. I'd love to try your recipe but my other have probably won't let me . She's kinda of a bully when it comes to trying something new and it's not her idea and she does all the cooking.
Substitute tomato paste for ketchup and a cup of peeled plum tomatos for tomato sauce.
I grew plum tomatoes last year.
Im gona have to take some free time if i ever get any and try this. I use G Hughes sugar free bbq sauce

It’s pretty good you’ll like it.
Bro I'm a bbq sauce maker myself I'm talking the right way not putting shit into store bought. The red pepper flakes and simmered to me makes it to spicy but I'm not good with heat either is my butt the next morning. Your recipe is close to mine but I use some pineapple juice with molasses and cut the sugar down some the pineapple will give it the sweet tatse and the molasses with give the flavors that the extra brown sugar gives don't get me wrong I still put brown sugar in I also use tamarind paste that will give it a smoke flavor as well and a great bbq flavor the only place I can find it is on amazon
I’ll try the pineapple.
Nice! Thank you, I’ve been looking for this.
I love throwing my chicken in the crockpot with a little BBQ sauce and some seasoning.
Anytime
I found some low sodium bbq sauce at a health food store and it's great, can't recall the brand, it's at work, I been putting it on all my lunch wraps - wheat tortilla, grilled chicken, Brown rice, grilled veggies. Takes them from bland to delicious. Will try your recipe though.
Great let me know the brand your useing.
Lum Taylor's
Will do, it's in the fridge at the office, but I'll check first thing tomorrow.
Sounds yummy..
You’d never know it’s low sodium. You can adjust the red peppers for heat.
