Good morning!
Here's my plan for my 1st cycle:
-Testosterone Cypionate: 250 mg x 2 per week for 12 weeks;
-Dianabol: 30mg every day for 4 weeks;
-Arimidex: 0.5 mg ED for 12 weeks;
-HCG: 500 IU per week for 12 weeks to keep the testicles running.
Here are my current stats:
Age: 32
Height: 6'
Weight: 215 lbs
BF: 13-14%
My goal is to reach 230 lbs without too much fat (not above 15%).

Seems like you didn't read my post carefully. I said I was looking to be on gear for 1-2 years max. There are plenty of things I can do to avoid hitting a plateau during that time frame. I've been training naturally all my life. I know how to train and eat. That knowledge coupled with the gear should help me avoiding plateaus.
You experienced several compounds on a first cycle and you know it's a waste of health and money? That was your experience. Doesn't mean it applies to everybody else. In my case, beside the mild gyno, I really got a lot out of this cycle.
You will always get good gains on a first cycle. Your receptors are fresh and ready to be swamped by these compounds. Btw im curious but what did your PCT look like? Im a PCT snob so please be detailed

No trying to educate anyone. Just sharing my ''real life experience'' and showing that there is often a big difference between what you read, what people say on forums, and the reality.
I am now at 235 lbs and still getting stronger. I'm doing new PRs every week. Definitely noticed a difference with Tren.
The only negative side effect I'm having from Tren right now is my decreased cardiovascular capacity and the fact that I sweat a little more. I didn't experience any anger issues so many people said I would have. I actually feel very good mentally.
I'm scheduled to have a blood work tomorrow. I'll share the results as soon as I get them.
I found where the lung pain was coming from. I was taking Cialis every once in a while whenever I knew I would have a lot of sex and wanted to perform at the highest level. The first 3 shots of Tren I had, i noticed that I had taken Cialis shortly before or after. On my 4th shot, I had not taking Cialis for several days and didn't take any after. This time not pain at all on my lungs. That's when I suspected Cialis was the culprit. So I decided to stop taking Cialis to see if it would make a difference and since then, no pain at all.
The ingredient of Cialis is ''Tadalafil'' which is also used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension. We know Trenbolone is also known to affect the lungs. Bro science conclusion: both substances have an impact on the lungs but don't mix well together. Lesson learned.
I'm currently on my 4th week taking Tren. I did get the infamous ''Tren cough'' once. It wasn't that bad. I coughed for about 3 minutes and it was gone. Nothing to alarming. I do sweat a little more and my cardio went down a little. However, mentally I still feel very good and I don't have any problem sleeping... For now at least. The Tren has definitely kicked in because I made some crazy gains on all my lifts during the last few days. I'm excited for the upcoming weeks.
I am currently 231 lbs and still getting stronger.
However, I couldn't resist and I decided to throw some Trenbolone Enanthate in the mix. I know Tren Acethate would've been a better choice for a 1st experience, but I already had the bottles at hand and they come from a very reputable source. Now I know it is really not recommended for a beginner but keep in my mind that I don't plan to do many cycles. After this one, I might do 2-3 more cycles that's it. I might as well make the most of it. I also need to get big asap for personal reason.
I was planning to do 200mg of Tren Enanthate for the remaining of my cycle which is about 6 weeks.
I had my first injection 1 week ago. I did not experience any ''Tren cough'' but I believe it usually happens more with Tren Acethate. However, I couldn't fall asleep that same night because of a tightness I felt on my chest. The next night I still felt that same tightness but not as bad and I was able to fall asleep because I was so tired. The 3rd night I was ok. Yesterday, I had my 2nd injection. I thought maybe my body would react better this time but that same chest tightness came back and it kept me awake all night. I assume the chest tightness comes from inflamed lungs...
I am seriously considering dropping the Tren because it is very uncomfortable. I was ready to cope with the emotional rollercoaster typical from using Tren and the lost of cardiovascular capacity. However, I can't stand that chest tightness.
Anybody had a similar experience ?
Or maybe it’s your subconscious telling you that you FU@KED up...

I stopped taking d-bol about 1 week ago. The sensitivity to my nipples is almost gone. Taking 1mg of Arimidex everyday might sound a lot but it did the job. I only did it four 4 days though. I will now only take Arimidex if my nipples get sore again. I don't think I'll do d-bol again. It was definitely the culprit for my gyno issue.
On another note, I noticed a little bit of ball shrinkage lately. I decided to take 1000mg of HCG. This week though, instead of taking 1000mg all at once, I'll get 500mg 2 times during the week. Hopefully it will prevent any more shrinkage.
My weight is still going up despite the fact that I stopped taking d-bol. I am now at 227 lbs and I am still getting stronger in the gym. The libido is still there.
I would spread that much hcg into 3 injections if it was me man. I would recommend getting a consistent dose of the arimadex and keeping it constant for at least 3 weeks (will also let the cyp fully mature in your system) then I would pull some blood and see how everything looks
RustyhookerCan you explain all that? Why 1000mcg ? Why during cycle? Why 1mg adex ed for 3 weeks?
I'm taking HCG during cycle to prevent my testicles from shutting down completely and making it harder to recover during PCT. Why 1000 mcg ? Because I know some people who followed that protocol and had success with it. However, I'm considering taking HCG twice a week (500 mcg each time) just like I do for the testosterone. Now, I am not planning to use HCG during my whole cycle. I'll use it just when I notice my testicles shrinking.
As for 1mg adex ed for 3 weeks, I never wrote that? I took 1mg adex ed for 4 days only to get rid of my gyno asap. I don't take 1mg adex ed anymore.

So I am currently in my 4th week. This morning on the scale, I was 225 lbs. It means that I gained 10 lbs in a little more than 3 weeks. A lot of it is probably water but I am stronger in the gym so I had to gain a little bit of muscle too. That rapid weight gain probably comes from the D-bol.
To avoid any estrogen crash, I had decided to wait before taking an AI. On the 3rd week, my nipples started to get sore so I started taking 0.5 mg of Anstrazole everyday. My nipples are still sore as I'm writing this so I decided to bump it up to 1mg everyday for a few days to make sure my soreness goes away. I'm pretty sure the D-bol is what's causing me this. I am supposed to stop the D-Bol at the end of the week so we'll see if it helps with my gyno issue. Hopefully, the 500 mg of testosterone I'm taking weekly will kick in shortly after I stop the D-bol.

I'm 5 weeks into my cycle. I'm currently at 230 lbs so I gained 15 lbs in 5 weeks and my abs are still showing. Technically, I've already reached my initial goals and I'm not even halfway into my cycle.That's a hell of a placebo effect I have!
By the way, because I chose not to follow the advice of some very knowledgeable people here doesn't mean I think I know everything. I welcome the advices of everybody, but that doesn't mean I will follow all of them. Just because someone has over 3000 points on this site, doesn't mean I will follow them blindly.
The 15 lbs isnt muscle. It isnt even mostly lbm.
Just to be aware of that. If you run such a wet cycle, and with the glyco load, nitro retn etc... it will mostly deflate afterwards. Fat will remain.
There will be a small bit of muscle. But if your goals are for muscle/lbm weight... then be aware of that as your on-cycle weight is not equal to or relevant for calculating your post cycle weight, particularly with compounds like testo to excess and dbol in the mix.
You are definitely right. Not all of that 15 lbs is muscle. Far from it. However, I am much stronger so there are some muscles for sure. I still have a very flat stomach so it doesn't seem like I gained too much fat. Definitely some water retention going on but the truth is that I welcome it. I am not looking to compete on stage. I just wanted to be thicker and fuller and that's what water retention has given me. It probably also helped me strength wise. The important thing is that my blood pressure is still optimal (115/70) so I'm not too worried about the water retention right now. The bottom line is that I don't believe there is a ''placebo effect'' going on like mentioned previously. The gear has definitely kicked in.
As far as keeping my gains after cycle, hopefully my PCT will help me keep some of it. If I can keep 50% of it until my next cycle I'll be happy. Having said this, I'm only planning to do 2-3 more cycles after that. I am well aware that I will probably lose pretty much all of the gains I've made using gear when I go back being clean for good. I'm ok with that because I was already in a fairly good shape before jumping on gear. At the end of the day, I'm only doing this for the experience. I'm not planning to compete or make a living out of this. I'm only doing this for a short period of time. Definitely not planning to be on gear for years. I really question those who say they kept most of their gains more than 1 year after having been clean. Most of them are probably on TRT, SARMS, or shooting themselves with HCG every now and then. So technically, they aren't really ''clean''.
That first 15lbs is the easy weight. All water and glycogen. Expect to lose all of that post PCT. What you gain from here on out, as long as your estro is under control, is what you can mostly expect to keep if you eat right after PCT.
This makes a lot of sense. I'll make sure to stay in a slight caloric surplus and apply the principle of progressive overload during every workout to keep gaining weight, the good one.

Honestly, you have a lot of flawed opinions. Trt is medicine for a med condition... brings patients to normal levels not supraphysiological.
No there is no placebo effect but there is also no muscle yet... so yes the hornones have kicked in but they are not doing what you think/want
Water rtn, yes good for strength but not good for health, even when lubing the joints its bad for joints and connective tissues ironically.

Its good you keeping an eye on bloods and BP etc. Keep that up.
Food is where its at for growth and the hormones help that environment where you have the right type of surplus.
Pct doesnt help keep muscle... not really... its about rebooting. Food keeps muscle.

I've read that some people on TRT are taking as much as 250 mg of test per week. With that amount, their levels are probably supra-physiological. However, it's probably not the most common practice in TRT. Taking 250 mg every 2 weeks is probably more common.
I believe that when taking gear to bring your hormone levels to a supra-physiological level, it will cause some long term damage no matter what you do to prevent it. It will never be as healthy as training naturally in my opinion. That's what I meant by being ''clean''. Hormones are far from dirt though... I love what they do!

TRT is doctor supervised and approved with a prescription, testosterone replacement therapy.

I decided to start 1 day sooner. Today, I had my first shot of testosterone cypionate (250 mg) and took 30mg of D-bol.
As for the AI and HCG, instead of following a rigid schedule, I'll just go by feel. If my nipples start itching or I'm too much bloated, I'll take 0.5 mg of Arimidex and see how I react. I'll do the same with HCG. If I feel that my balls have lost size, I'll take 500 IU of HCG and re-assess afterwards.

Currently, if you focus and dial in everything considered along with simple adjustments to training you could easily yield plus 15 lbs without gear. If you are hitting your macros combined with a caloric surplus you will grow, period. Then combine that with heavy, high intensity, HIT style workouts focusing on heavy compound movements and you will grow. Find a good training partner and you will grow. There are many ways to accomplish your stated goal without jumping on exogenous compounds. Things to consider.
When I started weight lifting in 2010, I was 170 lbs. Then I did pretty much what you just recommended and ended up at my current weight, 215 lbs. That's a total of 45 lbs I gained naturally. I am still reasonably lean considering that my abs are still a little bit visible. Like you said, I could probably gain another 10 pounds if I kept doing the right things. However, considering that I am not a beginner anymore, packing 10 pounds of muscle without gear would take several years. I don't have that time. Pretty soon I want to start a family. Training won't be a priority anymore. I only have 1-2 years to reach my fitness goals. Hopefully gear will do that.
Does your plan include a blood test before you start? I bet not.
How about adding 25mg of cialis or 100 of viagra a day? You're gonna need it when your estrogen is at 10.

I did have a blood test. My estrogen levels seem ok:
-Prolactin: 12.2 ug/L (Range: 3.7 - 17.9 ug/L)
-Estradiol: 128.0 pmol/L (Range: 19.7 - 242.0 pmol/L)
