+ 1 foods that make you have loose stool= loss of nutrients?
ad
I tried cream of wheat for the first time yesterday and in the morning had some explosive watery poo. I'm not sure the difference between diarhea and loose stools but I believe I have lost the protein/etc I had consumed last night. Is it true everytime you have loose watery stools you have lost the nutrition you consumed?

Although not fully essential, it is actually highly recommended to keep both measuring tape and a notebook within arms reach of the toilet yes

Not really it just shows you that your body can't absorb the nutrtion right or that your system is overloaded with fibres.
Did you cook it before?
highlord99I actually ate it like cereal, I will be staying away from cream of white and try cream of rice instead.
