Different ways to run orals and Q about ‘pulsing’

I’ve read a few ‘pulsing this’ or ‘pulsing that’

What is this pulsing of orals? I’ve seen Rusty write it...

I like taking most all of my orals pre workout personally.
I.E. 50mg dbol 90 ish minutes preworkout.

Hany Rambods camp takes orals throughout the day.
-I.E. 10mg winny with every meal precontest. 1 proviron with every other meal.

How do you like running orals for best effect? Safety? Duration? Pulse?

Adrol comes to mind when you mention pulsing. That is really the only way adrol should be used. It has such a piss poor binding affinity (it actually doesn't even register on the scale) that after a couple of weeks the gains you see from it stop and all you are doing after that if you continue to take it is just stressing your body. Take it for a couple of weeks then stay off for a couple to allow a reset of it and then hit it again. Things are freshened up and you keep responding rapidly to it then.

This is what I notice when pulsing it. I'll gain 5-6 lbs the first week I start taking it, nearly a pound a week. Then the second week I may gain an additional 2 maybe 3 lbs max and then everything comes to a halt if I run it past that. So over that 2 course week I'll be up 7-8 lbs. Now of course when I drop it the weight falls off fairly rapidly but not all of it. Seems like I lose about 5lbs or so but when I start my next 2wk course of it I come in on the scale about 3 or so pounds heavier. This seems to be case after every pulse. I'll ramp up a quick 7-8 lbs or so and end up with a net 2-3 lbs heavier after the course and just before I start my next run of it. You can see how this can add up over the course of an entire cycle.

As far as other orals go, I really see no point in pulsing them. The binding affinity is what makes it a special case for adrol.

X2. Strikes me that it has a higher BA to the estro receptor with negative sides being noticable at circa 2 weeks if you are susceptible.

As rusty stated, with anadrol in particular the body gets used to it quite quickly to the point you don't gain but just maintain therefore putting unnecessary strain on your liver, so pulsing it keeps the body guessing and doing two or three week bursts is by far the best way to keep gaining, keep toxicity down and keep more of the gains, dbol is a bit different but pulsing it is more to do with toxicity, with dbol you are better of running as a kicker to a long ester cycle for 6 weeks starting at a low dose and gradually upping the dose until cessation.

A great second or third cycle would be test for 12 weeks with anadrol pulsed 3 times for 2 weeks, 6 weeks on 6 weeks off ( 2 on 2 off) really nice gains and in fact very minimal side effects as long as ai is in check.

Anadrol doesn't aromatize but it does interfere with both estrogenic receptors and pgr receptors, I describe it as giving them a tickle, they get pissed off and get revenge by giving you tits or acne lol.

So yes with dbol and drol its good.
I don't see a reason with others.

Makes sense on all fronts. Agree after a couple of weeks on abombs and the headaches/heartburn/appetite killer usually all hurt my gains so the 2 weekers makes sense.

Couldn’t agree more on not using orals to kickstart. I wrote a thread ‘stop kickstarting and start growing’ and why I agree that orals usually have a best bang for the buck once the oils are in the blood working etc.

I’ve heard of guys running anadrol two days on two days off, in some cases all cycle. I would be interested to see how long that can be maintained with blood work. I’m considering it for my bulker next winter

I’ve heard of similar from a couple different coaches. The mad scientist does something similar. It makes sense. After a week or two abombs get annoying for me with the headaches, heartburn, and appetite killing effects.

Pulsing is great but can make my BP spike towards the end of a course. Just starting a run now and in new year I'll pulse anadrol and I'll try pulsing superdrol (for the first time and not together) as long as the sides are low.

I can't remember the last time I ran an oral though, they're usually more trouble than they're worth in my opinion, I would add more calories or up the dosages instead of running an oral which can lead to unwanted sides which hinder them gainz

Pulsing: running an oral for “x” time on, “y” time off, repeatedly, in a structured fashion within one cycle or blast.
