distal bicep surgery yesterday, thoughts on hgh and igf1lr3

ad

I got out surgery yesterday about 1pm. Took 1 oxy for pain at 5pm and have no pain as of now so gonna try no pain meds. I do have some hgh and igf1lr3 that i want to use. Also been researching bpc157 as well. Dr says about 4-6 months and ill be close to normal agian. Any input on dose and if worth using from any one who has gone through this would be great. Ps the did the 2 incisions technique.

My situation was a big different but after breaking my hand (broke my 5th metacarple) they told me they wanted to do surgery to repair it. I told them no and to set it and soft cast it. I was already on 4iu of gh at the time. I upper my dose to 6iu and pinned 50mcg of igf directly into mu hand twice a day. I went back to ortho 25 days later and the bone was healed. The dr was in shock. He brought another dr into the room to look at the before and after xrays and his colleague asked if i was related to Wolverine....lol. Idk why Dr's dont use gh and igf more often for healing and recovery.

Go slow and steady, brother! We aint in our twenties anymore, let alone 30s! No one cares about the numbers you can push through space and time other than you, so don't "push it" just because you wanna pretend you're 25 again. Be smart!

The world needs your strength, and if you're injured cuz you push yourself too hard, nothing good comes from that!

That said, obviously you know your body better than anyone else, and if you're ready, do it. If it's not yet time to lift heavy, then slow and steady wins this race, brother. Middle age is a dirty whore. Slow gains beat getting injured, or re-injured, every time!

Rooting for you. Be strong, be smart, and don't be afraid to be patient (if that's what the moment calls for). Cheers! -ZeusM

Just a quick update. Im 4 1/2 weeks post surgery and things are feeling good. They have me at full flexiation and %70 extension. I get tired of this dam brace and without it i can now move full extension and rotate my hand both directions about %85.
Ive been using 2 units of gh and .2 unit of the igf3 ed directly into the bicep and it seems to be working. Dr is impressed with my progress.

I had the 2 incision technique myself 2yrs ago and my doctor told me the same thing that 6 months I would be completely fine.
It was bs I still deal with pain I just got an mri done after 2yrs and I still have a inflammation in my tendon. I can't turn my arm over all the way and my right arm is still weaker than the left.
I wish you luck and I will say take your rehab therapy very serious even though alot of it is very silly.

Yea mine is my right as well. Im a power lifter that competes so i need it to get better, lol

Did you keep your hand still at first or did you try and twist your wrist? I have been but dont want to push it.

They had me in a no mobo
Mobility cast for the first 3 months.
Then once I got out of that I started physical therapy and I did alot of twisting my wrist with a long pvc pipe in my hand to get the whole range of motion back but never did.
My doctor told me flat out give up trying to lift heavy.

HGH will assist...
BPC157 may assist...
TB500 may assist...
I am not sold on IGFlr3 based upon my experience...
Lasltly, stay away from pain meds (prescribed or OTC) as much as you can... they inhibit the healing process...

I never been a pill popper so thats a good thing. They gave me 50 oxy and i have 49 left... just took the one after i got home yesterday and havent had any pain. What dose hgh did you run? And did you shoot directly into bicep?
