Splitting up gel caps... whats the best way? making 12.5 and 6.25 out of my 25mg's

I want to split my aromasin into 2 servings for the now and then into 4 servings down the road... Can i just split the powder and dump in a glass of water before bed or upon waking up?

Unfortunately is impossible to determine the exact dosage when splitting caps. You see, the composition of the caps contents is not just the compound in powder form but a filler (or cut) has also been added.
damm... do you think a 25mg of aromasin 3x a week (mon,thu,sat) will work for a 600ml testc & 25mg dbol cycle?
Only you can answer that question bud, since epends everyones E2 conversion is different. I run 12.5mg EOD until my cycle levels out then I drop it in accordingly. Other variables such as quality and where your E2 is currently at in your cycle will determine what works best for you. Look for signs of elevated E2 then fine tune your AI.
