Quite a while. I mean it's best to keep the stuff in the freezer just to be safe, but sitting in customs for weeks isn't going to ruin it. When I first started using gh I only kept the reconstituted vial in the fridge and the lypholized vials in a drawer. They still worked fine, I used them over about 6 months. I even had bloods pulled once once on them. Came back good. Don't remember the igf number, it's been a couple of years. But regardless I keep them all in the freezer now.
