Snickerdoodle protein with whole milk. Simple and tastes amazing

3/4 cup dry oats, 3/4cup whole milk, three shakes of cinnamon, one tablespoon honey, three quarter cup frozen blueberries, a good grip of raw baby spinach probably one and a half to two cups, 4 - 6 whole eggs and one-and-a-half to two scoops of vanilla whey protein. Breakfast!

1/2 cup raw oats
1 banana
8 oz organic soy milk
2 scoops protein

4 whole eggs
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond or cashew milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2-3 tbsp of MCT oil
Large spoon full of Peanut butter
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seed

Add ice to thicken as you prefer
Makes about a 16oz shake

Your exactly right, thus the added 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream

I can get three half gallons at Sam's Club for $7 so yes it is a bit more but not overly priced for me. And I'm going for low sugar low carb in this particular shake so regular milk will not suffice

Peanut butter, banana, yogurt, lecithin granules and chocolate whey with milk! Scrumptious! :))

MegaTRON13's picture

That's the perfect protein shake brother

Theophany's picture

Thanks brother Mega, I am most fond of the chocolate-peanut butter combination! That being said dark chocolate Reese's peanut butter cups are one of my favorite cheat escapes! :))

That sounds delicious! I'm always up for new ideas. Thanks brother

Lecithin granules, great addition.

Thanks brother GrowMore! I read Arnold used it back in the day! Not only does it add creaminess to shakes but it promotes brain, heart and overall cellular health!
