Bridging to cutting cycle
ad
I'm currently in week 2 of a 12 week Test C cycle to put on some mass. My PCT ends 1st week of July. I'd like to do a 60 day cut running up and into race season (late September). I'm a mountain biker who completes. Typically no testing in my category (I'm not a pro).
My questions are:
- Can a safely bridge into a cutting cycle?
- If so what cycle do you recommend and why? I've done Test C, Test P, and Anavar so far. I'm on my 4th cycle.
- If not recommended to bridge and I must stay natty for the same amount of time as the previous cycle (Cycle + PCT) are there other compounds I can use to help with cutting?
- If bridging not recommended what cycle do you recommend when I do start my next cutting cycle?

only thing i needed to read here! Bridge and PCT=NO!....if you are doing a PCT than you had better not be doing a bridge, and if your doing a bridge go ahead and change that to a TRT cause thats what is likely to happen!
well first you can cut without the drugs. theres no reason to stress the body with AAS to drop a few percentages of Bf i learned that the hard way. none of these drugs are miracle drugs like people tend to think. your dedication to a strict diet will always determine your goals..
do your cycle, do your pct, stay off for minimum of cycle time+pct get bloods done to ensure everything is right and go from there.
bridging is a sure fire way to screw you natural system all the way up. and as stated below if you cut right after your cycle you are guaranteed to lose 90 percent of what you gained if not all and all that time and money spent is flushed down the toilet. be safe and be smart brother dont go off all the hype and misleading bs you hear from the "bros" or idiots like piana and loyd it will only fuck you up and its a fuck up that you may never recover from

No you can't safely bridge into a cutting cycle. Pretty good way to fry your HPTA.
You do not want to do a cut right after your cycle unless you pretty much want to ensure that you lose most of the gains you made on cycle. Cutting is going to stress your body even more after cycle and likely result in significant LBM losses. Keep your cals high or at a bare minimum at least maintenance to assist your body with keeping the gains you made on cycle.
Thanks Mak. I thought as much but wanted to get input from someone with more experience than myself. I will not bridge then. What do you recommend I do to get my BF down post cycle while preserving my gains?
You for sure don't want to cut while in PCT. If you got through PCT and kept a good bit of your cycle weight and are feeling good, then you could probably get away with starting an easy cut. Nothing drastic and longer you can wait to do it probably the better. Optimally I would hold off on cutting until your bloodwork comes back showing you are fully recovered. Then you would definitely be good to go for a cut. Cutting is stressful on the body and hormone levels, that is why I would like to be fully recovered before starting one.
got it. Thanks for the advice. I'll follow your suggestions. If you don't mind I'd like to send you a FR so I can hit you up if I have any questions down the road. Looks like we're about the same age so the advice is even more practical as it applies to us "Masters". LOL
i really like the fact you are taking the advice maturely and with an open mind. alot of fools on here get bent out of shape when they dont hear what they want to hear
