I love my kids, but jaysus............ they are walking petri dishes
I cannot remember a year where we have had more cold/flu, immune hits and viral nonsense than the past 3 months. This is killing my gains and ruining my cycle!
I really do love my kids, they are really nice people, gorgeous kids, great fun........ but..... if they give me another flu or bout of the scuts I think I am going to look for a 42nd trimester abortion! (Southpark joke).
Anyone else having this sort of fun this winter on/off cycle?!

Pharma grade vitamins every morning. I have not been sick since I started taking them over a year ago. Before that I was getting sick every couple weeks.
Yeah I have to put my hands up here; I use 2 types of multi vits but both are cheap and cheerful

Orthomol Immun. My doctor prescribed it for me. He uses it, and he said that he had not been sick in 10 years. You can get it OTC.

May sound a bit crazy....or at least my man thinks that I am but I haven't had as much as a sniffle in over 15yrs. Colloidal silver and no it will not turn you blue (thats ionic silver or extreme overuse). I take about a tablespoon a day (I make my own, its super easy and cheap). Both the man and his son had strep throat a month ago and I never got it and was able to get rid of the mans with colloidal silver where his son took antibiotics. Its also great for healing cuts and keeps anything from getting infected.

If you need any help just yell... You can buy little starter kits on ebay for around $50 or make your own cheaper. Buying it already made cost way more and you never really know what your getting. The Silvers Edge is a great website to learn.
I was sick once a month when my son was 1-3. I got foot-hand-mouth and my nuts swelled up! That was a fun one.
