2 to 4 weeks is the rule of thumb depending on temp and zero sun exposure. But you have a couple factors playing against you big guy. For one your ordering international, shipping is always fluctuating and never dependable t/a. Second your ordering generics. Meaning inconsistency is always a factor. You could have killer batches for several months sometimes then have bunk or underdosed. I agree the t/a stated should not sound like a garenteed delivery in 7 days cause like I stated it's not possible to garentee a international delivery in that time frame. Hope you get your stuff so you can be happy again

Matt's product has not proven to do anything but offer results as expected but that is when pack arrives within the "allotted T/A times" mentioned by email, which again are even longer than listed on here.
If it's a matter of "it gets there when it gets there" keep it real on your SI page and website along with "hopeful" T/A expectations.

i still need to send the pack to USA stock, its same issue as i send it to u. it might take 10 days to USA stock. yes, u can get the kit from domestic in 2 or 3 days, but don't forget, the kits was also outside from china to USA.

I am thinking though, if you did have a domestic option you may find a way to send with cool packs to help preserve product (thinking ahead, summer heat is coming) which would lessen potency issues.
Once here and protected during travel for the most likely issue (overheat) even with a longer delay it would be less concern.
Those of us willing to buy YOUR product domestically knowing the full steps you took to get it hear like pharma options usually use would be worth the extra money. That way we get it within a few days with next to zero issue.

Yea bro I understand your concerns. Even if it landed stateside today it would all be at least 3 days before you got it.
if its stuck in the customs, the track would show this . i know it very well. its just delayed. they might land in USA at any time. if i reship one pack, at least another 3-5 business days.
As you already know Matt it is still in country of origin based on track.
I fully realize you cannot control once shipped but with my past experience and the various T/A times listed (on this SI page vs Email) from you this is far from normal.
On this end we have no idea if something was differently or not.
I've been able to count on reordering far enough out to ensure arrival as expected so there are no interruptions to research use. When there is an interruption of this nature this is the reason for not being happy.
There are no more issues based on Holiday shipping and nothing related to Chinese New Year so the expectation (as always) is high that it arrives within the allotted time mentioned.
Yet another 3-5 business days puts it at end of this week for reship. Then it will take another 3-7 business days for shipping.
Meanwhile the research project has been greatly affected by a total of 14-19+ BUSINESS days.
Great quality product Matt and I have always had no issue defending your product on here and have also bragged about your fast shipping.
When shit falls apart on either end I will also communicate that to you personally by email and pm and when nothing progresses, on here.
I'm eager to place another order to catch the promo...however, I have to wait for this pack to arrive to feel confident in doing so which also has a time crunch on how long that will last too.

but i posted the packages from to USA, chinese post, american post, flight ,many post offices etc etc. even i spend 24 hours calling them for the packages, i wont get any information. since 5 years, i track all the packages, so i know it very well, those pack r just delayed, and they would land at any moment. we spend a lot of time on si page, by PM, by email, it couldn't help the package move faster , sorry,man

The point I am getting at is that this is GH...this loses its potency VERY FAST when not kept in a fridge!!!
We have no idea how warm the delivery vehicles may be and if it is 45degrees or warmer...it can lose potency inside of 7days.
Not business days...regular days in a row regardless of weekends etc.
It has been 11days that this pack has not been in the fridge. That is a LONG time for this kind of product.
Even great products like yours Matt are not immune to this.
Hopefully it comes in within next 3 business days as you said or I will be expecting a reship as you stated.
I will continue to buy regardless of promos as I have been but not if T/A will sour the product and we are left to just "sit back" and not worry about it.

When you have ordered many kits over many orders with some very fast shipping, it is the reason I stay with him.
I understand the fragile nature of GH and timing/temperature all play key factors in saving its potency.
If this was just regular gear...I would not be concerned, "dude".
So youre being a spoiled brat, dude. If you're so worried about the gh losing its potency, stop cheaping out and order domestic.
Mine took 28 days to get to me. Seems like it's still good but couldn't tell you the potency. I'm waiting for bloods in a month or two. Just had them done in January

Is it worth using at 30 years old? Anyone on his early 30's using this could tell me what benefits are you feeling as time goes by, what dose are you using...?
I wish at 46 that I'd had access and knowledge at 30. The product has made changes in the texture, tone, tightness on my face and reduced signs of aging. I believe if was used earlier on, the appearance of aging could be mitigated.
This is of course only one of a long list of benefits I found through my journey with the product.
