Hcg during or post cycle?

There is a lot of new contriversy on taking hcg the old school way (pct) and the newer during cycle approach. I'm going to be starting my third cycle and was wondering if some pros can clear this up for me or be able to tell me what, when, and how much to take with my cycle and stats and what works for them while keeping in mind I don't have thousands of dollars for rich piana amounts of hcg. Thanks bros.

Cycle will start in one week this is what I was thinking any critique and explanation will be greatly appreciated.
Weeks 1-15 test cyp 600mg/wk
Weeks 1-4 dbol 30mg/day
Weeks 1-15 Adex .5 ed or eod
Weeks 15-18 hcg 500iu/eod
Weeks 18-21 clomid and nolvadex

bigmurphI use my HCG for the last 8 weeks of my cycle right up until PCT at 500 IU every fifth day. I have done this many times and it works great. I have also used to blast method.
This is when you use 5000 IU injection is 2500 IU second injection 5 days later 1500 IU final injection 5 days later 1000 IU then begin PCT.
I use the blast message at first then I realized that it spikes my estrogen too much so I switched to the eight weeks up until PCT method and haven't havent looked back. Im running it right now. You still need to be careful with the estrogen boost you don't want a gyno issue. Especially when using adex you can get a estro rebound.

When does the estrogen typically rebound and what can I do to prevent estrogen rebound or combat it if it occurs? Thanks for the info I'm going to try to crunch the numbers for your method and see how many jugs I would need I'm just worried about the shelf life if I choose the every 5 day method
bigmurphOrder 1500iu kits or 2000iu kits the fresher the better.
I have never used adex I just know that its notorious for estro rebound.
I personally use aromasin to avoid this.
I usually get a 10,000iu kit and just mix and use it or get 2 5000iu kits unless your src has the 2000 iu kits pm me if you want to talk more
