High calorie recipe ideas

Just looking to add some quick weight over the next 2 week's I'm just wondering if anyone's has some good high calorie recipes I could throw into my routine

Full fat milk,blended with 2 scoops of whey,2 tablespoons of peanut butter,and a cooked chicken breast all blended up,my guts r like iron I can eat anything.
Why quick weight in two weeks? How much you need to add? Sounds like a plan to ruin your insulin sensitivity.
