Wonky bloodwork
ad
So, I'm taking 200mg Test Cyp once a week, .25mg Anastrazole 2x per week, and 500iu hcg 2x per week. Additionally, I just recently added CJC no DAC/ghrp2/ghrp6 100mcg 3x daily. My labs make no sense. Blood was taken 6 days after injection of test, 3 after most recent HCG. Edit: these tests are seven months into TRT.
Total T: 364 (348-1197)
Free T: 21.4 (6.8-21.5)
Estradiol: 11.3 (8-35)
SHBG: 13.9 (16.5-55.9)... Low
LH: <.2 (1.7-8.6)... Low, like wtf?
DHEA: 445 (102-416)... High
Progesterone: .2 (0-.1)...high
It appears my nuts are completely turned off at this point. hcg, anastrazole and test are from TRT clinic, not UGL. What's going on here?

OK... updated labs from last friday
Total T: 857 (348-1197)
Free T: 35.8 (6.8-21.5) high
Test was taken just like before, in the AM, 6 days post injection of 200mg T Cyp. That's more like it!
LH/FSH?
I didn't recheck those since the expectation was that LH should still be bottomed given the test C injections.
First thing I would do before racking your brain to much over this is ask your doc about the wonky numbers and see what explanation he gives. I would be real curious to know anyways.
Checking in to see if you got any explanation from the doc?
Current explanation is to retest, which I will do two Fridays from now, still labcorp, but a different location. One thing I've been wondering is that I do have significant pip and my EOS is slightly elevated (like .6 on 0-.5). It's fall and I was chalking that up to allergies, but has anyone ever heard of anyone having a mild allergy to an ester resulting in much of the injection being attacked and destroyed if you will?
1ml of 200mg/ml Watson Test Cyp once a week............. NO. .........I repeat,....... NO PIP what so ever.
Test Cyp from UGL tends to be higher in BA and results in some PIP but I wouldn't call even that significant.
ETA. More and more I'm thinking your clinic is sounding sketchy.
This is part of the reason why I question every popup "TRT" clinic. They want your money and if my endo saw these numbers after 7 months I think he would be requesting a full blood panel along with urine and stool. 200 a week 1 shot looks to be a little off should be near 500 at least. Adex 2 times a week still doesnt explain his low level but does explain the high progesterone. I would drop the hcg and adex for at least 10 days and get bloods drawn again. Gotta love these clinics LOL.
We all be curious.

Well, my free T it's more than double what it used to be, so it's definitely not bunk T. I'd expect to see higher total T, so maybe under-dosed. The possibility that their affiliate pharmacy had bunk hcg would be a real pisser. I guess I should take a pregnancy test top at least, pardon the pun, eliminate that as a possibility. Regardless of source, with my estrogen so low, why is my body not producing LH (FSH was also near zero, indicating I'm getting real T).
This clinic is one of the more well known ones, so I'm definitely not gonna call them out on one set of blood from one person. I would expect they'd go out of business with the internet being what it is, but what do I know.
You need a Lipid and Thyroid Profile, along with a PSA. It would be good to see a a Female Hormone Panel, too, for CBC w/diff, RBC, H & H, PLT, RDW, Electrolytes, Alk Phos, AST, ALT, Serum Phosphorus, Direct Bilirubin....
here's most of the rest. The thyroid is good, the lipids are normal, cholesterol 217 with good cholesterol just at 36.

+1 for posting blood work.
I have most of that at home. I'll post it tonight.
you are taking exogenous test. Think about it, why would your body even need to produce LH/FSH?
My impression was that hcg stimulates LH... Does it simply simulate, not stimulate?
HCG mimics LH, it does not increase LH production. this is why HCG should never be taken during pct. HCG will help keep your leydig cells alive, or prevent them from "going to sleep" too long.
Could your TRT Clinic be selling you bunk,.,....... that would be one way to up their profit margin.
Where did you get the lab work done ??
If answer is: TRT Clinic,.......... Get a second opinion.
Labs done through lab Corp via discountlabs
Not enough time to see rise in levels from testosterone cypionate. Give the HCG some time as well. 3 and 6 days is severely premature. Labs make perfect sense. Or have you been on the test longer?
This is after seven months, I was only referring to where in the week they were taken. I should have been clearer about that...
Aha, in that case certainly question the clinic. Doesnt seem right to me either. If they dont have an answer find another IMO.
