Blood work testing result question! Geniuses required

I have a question hopefully someone can answer, I was taking .25 mgs of arimidex on 500 test a week cycle, I had bloods drawn and they didn't actually test the specimen for like 4 days, the results were 28 on a range of 8-35 or whatever. could the arimidex that's in my blood that they drew continue to lower the estrogen and give those number( in this case lower) than if they had tested my blood after maybe just one day. Like maybe if they tested that same day my e2 was really 50 and each day the arimidex that was bound in my blood kept lowering and lowering the estrogen? Or is what's trapped in your blood what they are actually testing and the arimidex that's in that sample isn't gonna further lower it

Adex lowers estro by 70% and stays there, it is not a suicide inhibitor its a estrogen blocker that binds to the current estrogen then works from there. That means you were taking it eod or e3d OR what you have is bunk. On real pharmacy grade adex you should have been at 10.5-18 on that scale which is still very low but not crashed.
Aromasin is a suicide inhibitor meaning it will kill estrogen. Adex will still let levels build as it attaches to the estro receptor. Aromasin will seek and destroy.

So even if I tested it 10 days later the arimidex that's in that blood sample can't continue to work and lower estrogen?
There's a biological half-life of the drug that continues once it's metabolized by the liver, while its still in the body, but once it's collected it enters a degradation phase.
