Again, I just needed to understand what's going on and needed the pics and then the drama was brought in, totally unnecessary. Can't see why I can't ask what he means. Explanation wasn't good enough for me to understand.
I think he means when he popped the perferated part of the top the whole rubber came out, i would like to see a picture myself.
This same thing happened to me as well. Went to take the top cap off and the whole top popped off. All the tops of the bottles are loose. Its like they didn't get crimped well.

No one said you lied about your tops. I think it's easy for everyone to see what the conversation on this forum was like.. You still don't wan to send me pictures to show what you mean. I have to say that you got to make somebody read this for you and explain in your language, because obviously only language you speak, is drama. And I've approached a mod about this, as you have a serious problem... You did lie about how things went down and here is a reminder to you and for everyone to see. Anytime needed, it can be sent as a screenshot as well.

No one ever said you lied and this actually proves again how quick you are to jump to conclusions, as you did with your tracking number. You started a bad post about that and jumped straight to conclusions about how bad a company we were as it doesn't update and so on.. Then you got the package and thanked us and all... And now with these tops, we try to understand what you mean, you explain but suddenly do it again by saying you want them replaced, that we don't have to but you hope we stand behind the products. Kind of concluding either we're reshipping or screwing you over... You're quick to jump the gun yet again as with the tracking numbers and asked you some questions to understand again and to understand even better, we asked for pictures. Here's full conversation for everyone to see and this reaction of yours is built on nothing. Sorry to say, we never said you lied, but this post you just made 9 hours ago is actually built on a lie!

hey ugf,this morning i went to pop the top off of a bottle of boldo 300 and testo p 100,both of the tops came all the way off.exposing the gear.this is not acceptable.i can no longer pin these two bottles and im wondering if the rest are also going to come apart.i hope you will replace atleast these two?thanks ...

i just checked the rest and all 12 bottles are lose.i mean exposed,the whole top came off!!and the rest of them are ready to come off!!i really want them replaced.of course you dont have too.thats your choice,i hope you stand beind your product...

There are the white tops, when you use them they break off you say, right? But there are grey rubber bands that should keep it tight for you, are they not there? Can you send pictures to [email protected]?

Anyway you can post a pic of what you mean?? I haven't opened any bottles yet but I have 24 so I'm not sure but that's not good at all. I'm about To start cycle soon. They all look good tho. Maybe I'll open one to check.
Always nice with pictures to show exactly what is meant. We apologize if there's issues with the tops.
But it's something new - to get complaints about that. And our customers always give feedback.
There is a sign on the tops that indicates where to pull them off, it might help to do it correctly.

guys be carefull when taking off the plastic top.two of the tops my bottles came completly out exposing the gear.i pm ugf about the problem,i have alot more,i hope there not all like that!!!just a heads up!!
Never had a complain about this ever.. Not quite sure what you mean by it exposes the gear once top is off - there's a rubber in the vial too. But I've replied your PM buddy so we can figure it out
