Shit, leaking isn't good, although (without cross-sourcing can't say too much) I've had gear in sachets and transferred them to vials which thinking about it does bring an element of possible contamination. Not sure how much of a risk but any risk is too much! I think freak is probably more annoyed than anyone else about this- I would be!

Right, just recrimp the vials they have. I brewed myself a couple of times and just used a spoon, if they know the tops,or loose, secure them before opening and stop being a bunch of dumbasses
You can buy a hand crimper for $30 , it's a good tool to have all around!!! You can "snug " up the crimp and done.

I saw one from a EU pharmaceutical company a while back, was $30 +$30 shipping .
Was able to open cover on my one loose Tren-a without popping the whole top. Holds vacuum when drawing so seal is fine, just wiggly. Yes, the crimp is not tight but I'm not wasting perfectly good stuff over a minor thing like this. If it leaked, that would be another story.
Also note, I've started. Tren cough is a thing! ;-) good stuff, no pip. Will update as things get rolling.
I see that plenty of times before it happens if you run gear long enough.
I invested in a hand held crimper.
I used to use pliers I don't know why so many people where crying.

johnny1024I have dealt with loose tops a couole of times. After i first had that experience it made me be extra cautious when popping any tops. I treat all new vials as if they may come off and i open accordingly. In my opinion its certainly a minor inconvenience, not a big deal at all. As long as the oil stays inside the vial thats all i am worried about. Thats my 2 cents. Have a nice day
Rosser01You could also just preload it if very nessasary, kinda like the stealth satchets that a lot of sources sell, I've used many and not have had a problem.
johnny1024right that is another way of dealing with it. In ky eyes its not a big deal. Theres a solution to every problem.

Dear all, may we please bring attention to an issue we already shed light upon.
SOME of the vials out, a small percentage out of tens of thousands of vials shipped, have loose tops.
Some guys posted about it - we said we'd fix every single vial with that problem.
I'm sure most would agree, if we just asked for no pics and said we'd replace every single vial that went out, that obviously some would take benefit of that and screw us over.
Some people say we're dumb for requesting people to open their vials to see if they break - well, while some may have a small amount of vials - but all of the ones ordered,having that issue, others had only that issue with SOME vials and some didn't have that problem at all. It can be found in the discussion.
We appreciate all of the people showing understanding towards this situation and our way to handle it.
If all of our vials had that issue, we'd have nothing but complaints...
Take a very good look in our review section from before the promo, while the 1st promo until this 2nd one... And a look at other boards. Our work is solid. We'll fix things that are not right.

The irony of this is, your promo gives away thousands of dollars of product but you wont reship for people who have legitimate grievances with your product unless they open every vial. I placed an order and every top is extremely loose. I opened one vial and have had no issues pinning (i.e no oil lost) but thats only one of ten vials. The others will not be used til Spring. And I am concerned.........my opinion.
I don't see the irony at all. You had 1 vial that was OK, others have plenty more. It would be a waste to "replace" those that are good.. This is the methods we'd say is best.
Are members asking you to replace "good" vials? Regardless of how this situation ends, I personally will never place an order again and this will be the last comment I post on your discussion page. The way you treat members, spread fast and I find you to be condescending. Peace
Yes. Some members say we should replace every single vial we sent out due to this issue.
They don't know if vials are good or not before they open them. You found 1 good after opening all.
Others found no bad vials or only part of them..
It's okay, we are sad to read that but we don't treat customers in any bad way at all.
Replacing vials that are proven bad is our only way to see if it's legit or not. Best of luck.

Only reason I haven't placed order during this promo, not cool at all. Yes prices are great but it doesn't matter if the product can't be used
It can happen, that there will be some issues with any products being produced in any business in the world.

Rosser01It's happened to me when another new source came on the scene back in January, I told him about it and I was not the only one that it has happened to, well the source replied back to me and said he checked the machine and it had to be recalibrated and sent me new bottles.!! Problem fixed. Not only did I order again but I've ordered a lot.
Thanks for sharing buddy. It can happen with machines... It should not happen and never happened before, but now it's here and we are making up for it. Sadly it is not well received by all, but we have to accept that fact and so do they. Thanks!
I've been doing this for years and have ordered from over 20 sources plus, I've never ever had a top pop off exposing the oil ever!!!

after seeing this very disappointed in the manufacture and src ... since he had agreed there was a issue with that manufacture its a shame you had to open every single one SMH. appreciate you bringing this to light and helping keep members from the same mistakes till its fixed
Agreed. I didn't want to do that but didn't feel comfortable waiting one maybe two years try to get replacements. I even offered a reship of 1/5 my order but his only option was for me to pop every top and replace those.
