Make sure to contact the postal store or delivery company, so that they don't send the package "back" to the address that's marked as sender. Make sure to go get it or schedule a delivery.

BTW... Tracking never worked the US side and tracking from origin still says en route so real benefit to trying to track it.

Thanks for sharing. It's always been all good - it's just important people read before they blast us.
Our T/A is 4-15 days and it starts from when package has been shipped - like, obviously if someone submits an order but pay it after 7 days, the T/A would be effected. So it always counts from when we ship the package. The FAQs on our website would be worth to read for a lot of people, as some blasted us for not shipping the day they wished we did, thus our website and ourselves making it clear here on eroids, that we don't ship in weekends. You're always g2g with UGF, it's a promise!
I am not blasting you but again yours is the only tracking I have received on here that shows 0 info its been 10 days. Not concerned but its the truth. I have several orders internationally that always show something yours is the first to show nothing. As far as people being skeptical, I have never seen a new source to the board not endure some skepticism especially when a promo is their introduction to the board. When my pack arrives I will review.
Rosser01Right now I myself have 2 trackers that are showing absolutely nothing at all, it's happened in the past as well but for the most part they do arrive.
I personally have never questioned if my pack would arrive. Again I have had packs have faulty tracking info but never have saw the message "No tracking information found. Please verify your tracking number and try again later." After 10 days. I would have like to ordered once.more during the promo but was unable to due to concerns I had.
Rosser01No bro I'm not comming at you in any way at all, I was just stating my opinion but I honestly right now have three tracks that say no tracking information in red letters, it sucks cause I like to know when it will land but that's the way it goes. Peace

We guarantee delivery buddy! It sucks with tracking scan updates but it'll come in 4-15 days when shipped unless stopped at customs and then reship deal is 31 days from when shipped, for a reship. Rarely happens that packages don't make it.

We were absolutely chocked because no one has had their packs ships even 15 days to say scam and we reship after 31 days. No one reached those two dates. Thank you!
One person called him a scammer to my knowledge. What reliable sources dont guarantee reship?

That's why we warn about late scan updates buddy. We're aware of others doing the same. It depends on what type of tracking number it is. There are several - this is an RD-tracking, not LX. It makes a difference in the whole positioning, you can't follow it like that + the scan updates are late.
However, we have absolutely nothing to do with it. We send the packages and whatever happens concerning delivery, we take full responsibility for it. As far as tracking not being as we all wish it to be, that's not on us. It's out of our control and if it was under our business, there's no doubt it would be super fast and top notch like the rest of our business! We understand people doubt us and are skeptical - however the whole thing with us being scammers and so on, it's uncalled for. Dear all! We are sorry for our absence. First we could not get back to you guys due to the website issues eroids had... Then the monthly fee sources pay each month wasn't registered thus paying some time ago, so we could not write for 3 days and just got activated once again!
Now, we see TONS of posts... We see bad reviews, we see false accusations such as being scammers, not replying (obvious reason) but ticket worked just fine (some wrongly write to our service mail which doesn't accept mails).. LOTS of posts. We want to get back to each post, one by one. It'll take some time though.
So until then we'd like to start with replying back the 9 PM's we got and make this update and get back in general before individually.
About the guy J-freak voting and reviewing our gear:
We cannot control who does what here - but this guy might be new on eroids. However, as he'll be able to tell you himself, he is a customer of ours on another board (Outlaw Muscle). He has made business before, hence why he came in and wrote. Again, UGF is not a new company. We're new on eroids, we've been rolling for 10+ years and UGF has been on other boards for years.
About only sending packages to people who have lots of karma and so on:
False. Even the guy with the lowest commented here about us having sent everything. Not just people who are big here. All our equal to us - with all due respects for one's status on eroids.
About no one having received their packages:
Really.. The promo started the 15th of August and people started ordering around there and 16th and 17th... And they got to pay first, then we pick money, then we ship the products and that's when the T/A of 4-15 days start... How would someone have received their packs when this critism started 3 days ago, when T/A is up to 15 days from when shipped and nothing had reached that time at the time people posted such a thing!? It's impossible. People need to chill for real. Just like some pointed out!
We're being labeled a scammer + being downvoted because of no one got their packages before time? It can't be right.
About tracking not working:
We are sorry! Postal companies might not bring their A game all of the time! Sometimes it takes 3-6 days before first update comes showing where pack has moved and so on. As we wrote in each ticket when giving tracking numbers - the scan updates may be late. You were warned - but since it said not found or 0 days we've been accused of it being bogus tracking numbers. Even those who said that can see now that their tracking numbers have started to work. We'll get back to all of you. But we needed to post a geenral message at first. There's a lot of wrong that's been going on here. Everyone who posted negative and accused us for lots of things will surely be proven wrong and when that time comes, we hope they are big enough to post their wrongs here......
We are here. We are for sure delivering your gear and you have ZERO reasons to worry with UGF.
