16-23 natural, got to 194 10-11%bf
23-24 ran Test E300/Var50
24-25 ran TestE400/EQ500
25-26 ran TestE400/EQ400/Var50
Long story short I went through a bit of a slump mentally, a bit down and let myself go. Gained some weight for 2 years and now the past few months I put my foot down and started up again an thankfully dropped a lot of the weight. I still want to lose about 10-12lbs. Once I do I want to run a cycle that will really bring me back and better than I left off. Like a comeback, new me, fresh start sorta thing.
The cycle I'm thinking is like this:
TestP350 Weeks 1-10
NPP 350 Weeks 1-10
Tbol30-60Weeks 3-10
Or
TestE 400 1-14
EQ. 400 1-13
TestP 350 1-4
NPP 350 1-7
Tbol or var 50. 8-16
Aromasin 12.5 3x wk
Stand pct
C-100/100/50/50
N-40/40/20/20
W/Aromasin 12.5 EOD
What do you guys think? Suggestions?

Bro, I'm heading out but will be back. I wanted to drop my 0.02 here.
At 200 lbs. and 14% BF you want to lose 10-12 lbs. you say. (of fat, of course!). Let's say 12 lbs. That will bring you down to 188 lbs. @ about 9.5% BF.
You cannot "recomp" bro. So, there's no way to hold 200 lbs. and just drop off the fat. That would be a sizeable increase in lean body mass. Can't get there.
I know you don't want to hear this. There is no way a 3 or 4 compound anabolic stack is required to do this. At your young age of 27, you don't need gear to support getting down to 10% BF. Gear isn't gonna burn any fat. Your just taxing your body and health really for no reason to achieve what you want.
Especially given that in the space of a standard 12 week "cycle" you only need to drop 1 lb. of fat per week. You can do that easily without gear.
Believe me, I'm the last guy on earth that is "anti-gear." LOL If you wanted to bulk, I'd be all for running a cycle. Or, if you were prepping for a show and needed to get down into low single digits of BF, again I'd be all for running a cycle to do that as well.
I'll check back to make sure my math here is OK but I think it is.
You're right and I appreciate this. You're right, I don't need gear right now at this point. What point do you think I'd need to be in order to be ready to take a cycle?
GearHead's got you right here bro. If you're serious you could be in no better hands. To help answer your questions well only you can tell. To be honest at 14% BF you could run a cycle now to bulk and add serious mass. You need to be prepared to put on the fat and water that will come with this. In fact you want this to happen as it will allow you to move more weight which in turn builds more muscle and/or holds it better why you cut. Or you can just diet naturally until you're closer to 10/12% and bulk from there.
Personally that's what I would do as metabolically you're in a better place at lower BF to make the most from the cycle in terms of adding mass than at higher BF. Given your history there is no reason for a complex stack here. Rusty had a great suggestion below. You should look into it further.

Basically torn between long ester low dose cycle for 12-15 weeks or the testP/NPP/var type cycle where I'd really like to use NPP for my goal of filling out nicely and Tbol to help and slightly harden it up
RustyhookerAfter 6 months of busting butt so ligament is strong and you're focused. Test 500 and Provi 50. No need to get super fancy.

That's one thing in afraid of, injury. To that ligament statement you made.
It's been 3 months and im obv push less weight then before but I keep going everyday and doing a lot of upper body/lower body days compared to the "back n bis" type workouts I used to do. I do more muscle groups per day to wake them up, get the pump daily and normal again.

I personally had a distal bicep rupture 10 months ago and I actually started a cycle 6 months after surgery and it was to soon I did alright but I definitely should have waited. I did basically the same cycle but with the fact your at 200lbs after 3 cycles and you say you gained alot of weight from that I determine that you gained the weight because after your run with gear you gave up on working out am I right.
I think especially with the injury in the equation you should definitely take more time going at it natty. This will give you the time to trim up and get your base solid so when you do run say 10-12 months after said injury you can really put 100% in to it.
I only kept 6lbs im so disappointed in myself but I just couldn't push the heavier weight with the injury so trust me wait until your 100% healed solid base and trimmed down by then you will be used to your diet and training regimen so adding the compounds which in my opinion you should use
1-12 500mgs of pharma test any brand
1-14 Proviron 50mgs a day split 2x a day
1-8 anavar 50mgs split 2x a day
Have aromasin on hand use as needed
Pct normal protocol no need for hcg
The var will bring water into your muscles like npp would and won't shut you down as hard. It will help keep that injury healthy. The Proviron will help control estro and free up test so 500mgs will be plunty. I say use pharma grade test because I believe that your test ai and pct should be pharma or atleast a very reputable company but not many out there anymore but you know big pharma is making them right.

I never had an injury. I just meant that after being away from the heavy religious lifting that I was use to I'm afraid to Jump on a cycle and injure myself. And I gained the weight and fell off due to being a bit depressed during a bad period in my life.

Plus some good brands of test/aromasin

So you have been lifting still this whole time you just gained some weight I've been there when I joined eroids i had to cut 56 lbs I was fat but I still lifted my diet was just garbage thats why what rusty said was really good advice get your diet dialled in perfectly.
The cycle you have ran before but I think that the goals you have are achievable without and if you do add gear keep it a nice simple cycle like you plan but drop the npp it will shut you down hard and sense you have had some issues with depression its not the best compound to use it can effect you psychologicly.
If you can stay away from the gear do it if you're dead set on running do the
Test e
Tbol or var
Proviron
No nor19 its definitely not needed. I think that you can definitely get in the gym with a good diet and training regimen and be good but I know sometimes you just want to run a cycle. Just make sure if you do run a cycle you get out of it all you can and it was worth running not run a cycle and drop right back off.

I would like to hear that you were back to 10% and 210 sitting strong. You can achieve that also with or without gear.

I want to do this cycle, but I'm 50/50 between keeping it simple TestE and Tbol long and low dosed maybe EQ too but just that low dose long ester cycle. Then after I recover from that and build something nice from that then maybe something fancy like the testP/NPP/Var type cycle. It's like a coin flip
300 SavageAlso i love the proviron for mental well being..It really helps..I see you said you had a mental slump..So you could do your test E,tbol and throw in some proviron for well being and staying a bit tighter..
Yes exactly, Iv always stayed away from proviron and Winnie because of the horrid hair loss testimonies but knock on wood I still have a full head my hair genes are pretty good but still nevervwanted to start thinking. But proviron does sound nice about hardening, anti e, free test, and overall well being. Does it really give you a nice pep? Noticable difference?
