Ricapedia book dianabol dosage?

I was reading the drasic book and amhe claims a good dosage for dianabol is 20 mg everyday for four weeks. Is that a good dosage or is that just an old school mentality. Just curious what everyone's opinion is on this thanks

Dianabol carries a half-life of 3-5 hours.
Splitting the daily dose into 2-3 small doses per day in an effort to maintain peak blood levels is a good idea. 20 mg will do the trick, once you become more experienced you can move your dosage up to 50 if you want to.

The good old days.....when the highest dose of anavar you could get was 7.5 mg and that's all you needed or it made your nose bleed if you took 15 a day. That's real pharma. And you bought it from an anorexic or an aids patient for almost nothing. Indeed, it's ironic that I was around it so much and never took anything and these guys had everything under the sun, they were on 250 test a week and growing like crazy with the anavar and dbol under 30mg. That gym produced some monsters, not the monsters we see today but the perfectly aesthetic ones that could wipe their ass still without a selfie stick.
