Help can't seem to loose weight

ad

Ok hopefully I can get some help on here I've done my research and decided to go with a low carb diet I read it on Vikings page. I started of at 215 and now I'm at 193 but it seems like it has stopped working. I'm trying to reach my goal of 180. So I tried the 1 g of protein per lb and just 100g of carb a day and fats at .5 per lb. I'm doing one hour cardio first thing in the morning fasted burn about 500 cal 4 times a week. All my protein comes from chicken beef eggs and tuna for carbs it's just white rice before 2 pm and the fats is just olive oil. Last time I weighed myself I was sitting at 190 but 4 days later I jump on scale and I'm back at 195 I could even see it in the mirror I feel bloated as fuck around my gut. As I drank a 12 pack or something it was very disappointing as I feel all my hard work is not payin off. The only supp I take is creatine. Any suggestions as to what I can do to start loosing the fat again. I still weight train in the pm so that more cals burned so I'm very confused a to wtf is going on any help would be appreciated I'm on 2,040 cals a day any help fellas

Oldermuscle41 is exactly right! in addition, you should track progress by how you look in the mirror BUT if your weight is going up, that is also a problem. Intermittent fasting worked great for me BUT you must use that technique wisely.

How long have you been eating just 100 gram of carbs . Maybe time to bump that up and do some carb cycling with a cheat day once a week. Seems that your metabolism a has stalled. Remember your body is smart and will adapt especially to low carb diets for a long period of time.. Also if you are doing low intensity steady state cardio may want to mix jn some hiit sessions no more the 20 minutes and I would do them fasting with only maybe some bcaas on board...

Thow your scale out. Scale are useless and only make you feel bad especially if you are weighing yourself more than once a month. My weight has been the same for a year but my bodyfat has dropped dramaticly.

And I would say you need to eat more, and don't rush. If you are loosing one to two pounds a week that's a win. You can lose weight faster, but it's more likely to come back.

drop the creatine.
have a cheat day, and then make sure to have a cheat day/meal once a week. dont go crazy with this.
watch your salt intake, that can make you blow up holding water as well.
dont weigh yourself more than once a week. all that can make you do is feel bad.
if your diet is on point, you are working out hard and you have a cheat meal once and awhile you will lose
fat.

How tall are you? How long have you been on this workout routine and on 2040 cals? Are you measuring and weighing your food and absolutely sure you are taking in only 2040 cals? Are you drinking at least a gallon of water a day? Creatine will hold water which will shade your results.

Here's something I was told that really helped me when dieting....you will be hungry, deal with it... Are you?

Yes im measuring food that's how I came about my calorie intake I'm 5 5 and yes I'm hungry as fuck all day lol as far as water I am drinking a gallon

How long you been eating that amount?

2 months

At 2000 cals you're at about a 1000 deficit im assuming. I would work your way back up to maintenance level, then go down to 500 cal deficit. Try a 40/40/20 from there

No sugar, no alcohol, I'd stay away from dairy

Maybe I should stop taking the creatine lol
