The Napshelp or live chat functions are most useful. I have never had an issue getting a reply here or on another board within a short period of time. Very responsive and always polite and professional.
Packages come tightly wrapped and discrete free from any damages. T/A can differ for many reasons your location and products that you have ordered, longest wait time was 3 weeks for me & naps has my back if anything goes in transit.
I recommend going with the best only, yes you can take your chances out there, but why??? Be careful what you put into your own body, Go with Napsgear Only.

I ordered near the end of June, and still item is marked as not shipped. Went through the usual protocol of placing a ticket after having a live chat. I've used NAPS several times in the past, without this much of a delay. Don't know if it's just a fluke thing or what? Will update

I never really needed much support. I was sent automated emails throughout the process to let me know how far along they were in the process. money collected, package shipped, etc.
The turn around time has been pretty much around 2 weeks from when the funds were SENT. sometimes within a week. This is pretty good for an international source. Their packaging has been superb. Very tightly compacted, and protected adequately. So far, I haven't received any packages with broken amps or crushed pills. And that's through a handful of orders.
I order from NAPS with confidence. Experience, being the best teacher, has given me confidence in their products, and their reliability. I would definitely recommend them, and have taken advantage of their Bulk deals on occasion, and have been pleased with those. A+ source
Ordered July 3rd and and product still has not shipped. Claiming custom issues. Was told the order was being sent to another warehouse on the 14th and still no tracking number.
Update- order shipped on aug 5th and I received the package on aug 12th. Items were all accounted fit and wrapped tight. Now that I know naps will come through I think I'll try them again and see if they honor the 30% discount. Will update product effectiveness after i run it.

-1Until further notice, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH Naps! They are having issues with customs with no immediate resolution in sight. Two orders placed; one first week of June (hasn't arrived), and another 6/22 that hasn't even shipped yet.

Ordered like 6 months ago so this review is way over due. 1st Pack got confiscated by customs. Got letter n immeditatly notified them.they Sent out another package free of charge. 3 weeks later no package contacted support n they issued me a third package. Well this did not happen and when I emailed them again I got the same automated response.
I've never had any trouble with naps and always got my orders within 3 weeks, but after seeing all these reviews about people not getting they're orders I'm starting to doubt they're reliability.
So far I've emailed them 3 times and every time they respond back with the same automated message. I've read from others, that they've been told that there are custom issues which I've not been told.
Like I said I never had any issues with them so I'm hoping to receive my order shortly. As for now I will not recommend shopping there.

Hey IM new to all of this .I ordered on july 1 paid and processing on july 5 still hasn't shipped said customs control is under strict review so they said new shipping date was july 13 its the 17th still hasn't shipped. so I see im not the only one they done this too. I recently experienced a gyno flare up due to some bunk arimidex from another source. Knowing I needed help soon, I went to the most reliable source I know; napsgear. I ordered what I call the "gyno killer" stack, Raloxifene, Stanzolol, and Letrozole. I was in pretty bad shape by the time the products arrived. My nipples were hurting and visibly swollen, and the lumps were growing fast. As soon as I got the stuff I started my regimen;
Raloxifene 60mg/ed
Letrozole 1.5-2.5mg/ed
Winstrol 2.5-5mg/ed
These three products completely stopped the pain and growth of the lumps, and shrunk them as well. Of course some of the size returned after I stopped the cycle, but that is inevitable.
I have been off of them for 3 months now, with no signs of a rebound.

Communication was not great, replies to tickets took days and No reply to pm's sent
T/A was 2 months. The products were in 4 count blister packs, two of which had broken the seal on the pack, however the pills were still in place and intact.
Naps is obviously having some problems, and I hope they regroup, But the product is top notch.
I have only tried research chem Sildenafil Citrate until now, and that shit is a green M&M compared to this!
