beginner cycle for women

ad

my friend wants to do a cycle, she has a hard time losing weight...i recommended primo and anavar, however, i told her to not take my advice, and i do know the general rule of start with one compound and see how you react. i advised her to get to a place where she literally cant do anymore naturally, and then do a a cycle. what is a good starting cut cycle? she might pop on here in a few days and inquire as well, but i was just wondering if anyone has any specific first cycle advice for women, and what dosages for those compounds are good to start off with?....cause i can only advise to an extent and dont want to advise her of something that would not be good for her.. thanks in advance everyone!

Typically Anavar is a good start. But. We need her stats, her diet, how long has she trained, is she eating and training to achieve her goals, how long has she been doing that? Alot of things needed to know first. Gear doeant cut you up. Food and training does. The way you train and the way you eat dictate the gains or losses.

she has trained for about 3 years.. 5'8'' about 140 150, which is a guesstimate as i didnt want to ask her exactly, lol, however, her diet is pretty good, and she eats about 1700-2000 calories a day, alot of egg whites for breakfast, chipotle bowls for lunch but no meat, but supplements zinc, and she says random stuff for dinner. and mostly slow carbs...and yes, im sorry i should know better and should have included that with my post. sorry...i told her already she should push the training till she cant get any farther with diet and training alone, then do a cycle

Slow carbs for dinner? Smh she needs minimal carbs once her day is half over. Her breakfast meal should be the most carb packed and protein packed meal. She needs slow digesting protein for dinner not slow carbs wtf.

Let's say she wakes up at 7 am. Her breakfast should be packed with nutrients. Then she needo to be timing meals. Eat two more meals with some carbs and then next to none after 2pm. Let's say she trains at 6PM she should have some quick carbs before the gym.

Her daily intake will change daily depending on her lifestyle and physically demanding days also what she is training that night.

She needs to figure out her LBM and what her maintenance nutrition id for that. Then depending on her goals she needs to train and eat accordingly. Throwing fucking drugs in the mix isn't going to do shit.

She should probably increase her protein intake and start eating more frequently. Var will help but she will get so much more out of any cycle if she betters her diet. Tell her to start eating 6 meals a day, each meal 3 hours a part-that alone will help speed up her metabolism. She may gain a little weight initially because it is probably more food than she's used to but her body will get used to it in a couple weeks. 4-5oz of protein per meal and 5oz of carb per meal. I would start with 10mg var and then if she wants increase to 15mg.

I would say Anavar 10-15mg for first cycle. 10 to be safe. She will want to start out at 5mg for the first week or so then up it if she doesnt have any adverse reactions. Split the dose am/pm. 12 week cycle.
