I need someone who might have exp with this issue

ad

Okay im going into wk 4 everything has been great so far. Im having an issue with hydration. Where im at its now 90 degrees plus ed. I've never ran a cycle this time of year because of this exact reason but with the job I have now this is the time I need to run because work slows down allowing me to dedicate the time needed to my cycle.
Im running 500mgs test e and npp 300mgs with tbol at 40mgs.
I can't drink enough water and I constantly feel dehydrated. Im putting down atleast 10 16.9 oz bottles a day usually more and I don't want to start drinking gatorade or a drink like that because its loaded with sugar.
Does anyone know of a good supplement that can help me keep hydrated or a drink that is full of electrolytes but isn't packed with sugar.

Anyones help is much appreciated
Thanks brothers

A few years ago when I was big into climbing mountains I would use this stuff called "diarrhalyte" which doesn't sound nice, and it's not, it's for use when you're suffering from the shits, but it seemed to help me retain hydration in the hills.

i use this stuff called "Endure". Its basically minerals in liquid form. Calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium. Just put 10 drops in a big bottle of water and it really helps. I am sure there are other similar products available at the health food store where you live.

Potassium glucosanate pills from any supp store had a physician tell me that due to all the water I was drinking that I was diluting my levels and to avoid sugars I could take those tabs. I too work outside a lot in the heat and it made all the difference in the world. Hope this helps man.

Definitely coconut water. It has 5 of the necessary electrolytes and a TON of potassium. Fairly low in sugar as well if you get it unflavored.

Some of my buds add emergen-c to their waters to help increase electrolyes. Its the electro-mix. Sweetened with stevia, no sugar. It has calcium and magnesium which are overlooked electrolytes a lot of the time.
It has no sodium however, but I do not know your sodium intake so I cannot say if you need more salt or not. Most people don't

Coconut water is helpful as well, and low in sugar.

Pedialyte with coconut water works for me when I feel dehydrated

Right on, I think it will help a lot. Pedialyte doesn't taste great on its own but mixed with coconut water, some lemon juice and a little stevia it actually tastes pretty good to me now.
