Your favorite, most effective Exercise Routines

Hey I'm searching for ideas to incorporate into my own workout routine. I would like to hear what programs have worked for yall and if you have a link to where I can find the routine then that would be even better. Thanks

5/3/1 with hypertrophy accessory lifts. Also an extra power day for both bench and squat.

So something like upper power (bench) / lower power ( squat) / back and shoulders (deadlift) / chest and arms (overhead press) / break / combined upper-lower power (bench/squat and some pulls) / break / repeat

I enjoy the 5x5 program. I always revert back to it about 2 times a year and always start the first month of a cycle with it.

monday: chest/biceps
tuesday: leg
wednesday: rest
thursday: shoulder/triceps
friday: back
saturday: cardio 30 or 40 minutes + abs (plank+db side bends)
sunday: rest

3 sets of 10 reps, legs sometimes i increase it to 12 or 15 reps

My favorite would have to be a 3 day split.

Day 1
Chest/triceps

Day 2
Cardio and abs

Day 3
Legs

Day 4
Cardio/rest

Day 5
Back/biceps

Day 6
Cardio/abs/calves

Repeat..

On cycle I like to train biceps on chest day and triceps on back day to train them 2x per week. Focus is always on compound lifts first to build the large muscle groups.
