Hi,

I gonna run cycle number 4 and i got some question:

I have plan to run the cycle as this, its enaught with arimidex or do i also need example proviron ?

Test p 100mgs/EOD 1-10 w
tren a 100mgs/EOD 1-10 w
anavar 50mg/ED 1-4 w
mast 75mgs/EOD 4-10 w
arimidex .5mgs/day 1-10 w

PCT:
Nolvadex 40mg/ED 11-12 w
Nolvadex 20mg/ED 13-14 w
Clomid 50mg/ED 11-14 w

With masteron you have to be in 10% body fat or less to actually take advantage of the substance. With anavar it's also the same thing. These two substances are to help you dial in not get down on body fat. I honestly recommend you to stay away from anabolics and get your bodyfat down to at least 12-13% before even thinking about a cycle. That way on your journey losing this body fat you'll learn what the best meals and workouts work best for you. All about diet! Earn your stripes and build a solid foundation.

  1. was clean test cycle
  2. sustanon, primo cycle
  3. deca, test, anadrol
  4. deca, test, anadrol

What was you BF before your first cycle? I stated below cardio, diet and weight resistance is really better than using any compound....so...have you noticed as you have cycled, your bf increasing?

The direction you should head, is where Catalyst's question is leading towards diet...

That's a lot of cycles for a 5-10 190lb guy with 18-20% BF.

what u suggest me to do then ? i want to be like 90-95 with BF around 12%

I think you're running overly advanced cycles for a guy of your size and you're not getting the results you should be from your previous runs. Either that or you started using gear very prematurely.

What's your diet like?
