OFF CYCLE BRIDGE? Post cycle protocol questions

ad

So I'm looking at starting my first cycle sometime this summer after I cut some body fat and get the new diet dialed in. In pouring through a ton of resources I've seen several recommendations for off cycle protocols to maintain gains as a "bridge" between cycles.

I've seen almost everything imaginable from simple Tribulus+Yohimbi to the ridiculously massive doses of HCG (Rich Piana lol). I've alslo seens recommendations for SERMS like Ostarine or various Peptides or HGH.

What do you guys think about a bridge between cycles? Is there anything you would recommend or is it better to just take the time off and let your body recover?

Thanks.

Its really not as hard as some people make it out to be to keep gains, like everyone said just train hard, consistently, and eat just as big during pct as you were on cycle, Obviously you cant continue to eat in a 1000 cal surplus natty but during pct when your so catabolic you need that food cause your hormone levels will be shit. Then after that you can bring your cals down a bit, but i would stil have them over maintenance for another month or two. When you gain a year or mores worth of muscle in 10-12 weeks your bodys gonna fight to get rid of it, it wants homeostasis, it would be much different if you gained a pound of muscle a month for 15 months as its gained gradually and your body accepts it, but thats not whats gonna happen on cycle. your gonna gain that ( if you know wtf youre doing) during your first cycle.

Read this, its what I learned and what helped me keep everything I gained when i used to do pct, and hopefully will be doing again soon https://www.eroids.com/forum/steroids-qa/pct-anti-estrogens/how-to-succe... If you follow the steps you should hold most if not everything you gianed. youll drop the water fast like by the 2nd week of pct but after that the rest is yours to keep if you do it right.

I started AAS way too young, and also didnt cycle off for long extended periods of time. As a result, I am now stuck taking Testosterone replacement shots, and probably will continue to do so for life. So, dont be like me bro!

I have seen countless guys do a cycle and come off... And within no time, they say they feel normal. Did they retain the gains? Not much. Did they WORK hard to retain the gains? Not usually.

So what I'm saying is.... Are you prepared to make great gains, feel like a beast, and then watch them fade away and feel worse than you did before you started (for a while anyways)? If not, then dont do AAS. If you are prepared for the peaks and valleys ahead, and you are willing to work hard even in the not-so-pleasant times - then yes, maybe you could do AAS successfully.

So yes, coming off ALL hormonally related substances IS the way to go. Adequate Clomid and AI's should be what your PCT consists of. Personally, I feel that low dosed HcG DURING cycle is beneficial, as it will help keep the nuts semi-working.

Edit - SARMS*, not SERMS

imo, off cycle is off cycle. bridge with hard training and good diet. a cycle will put alot of stress on the body and off cycle period is a time for our bodies to rest a little bit and truly recover. we give our lipids a break, blood pressure a break, endocrine systems a break, etc. this way when you come back, you can really make the most of your cycle again. if your constantly flooding the body with things like SARMS, or other hormone related products, its not getting the chance it needs to fully recover. save it for a cycle

im in this for the long haul, and of course being on cycle is exciting and makes progress speed up. but without breaks in between, we begin to desensitize to anabolics, and we jeopardize our health unnecessarily. eat big, train hard, and when the time comes to cycle do it right.

sorry if its not the answer you want bro, but keep pushing off cycle. a champions mindset wont be slowed down by the fact he is off cycle.

X2
Best way to maintain gains off cycle is to eat and train like you are on cycle.

Wasn't looking for a particular answer, just an honest response from someone with experience and I appreciate your input. Makes sense to me, your body would need time to detox off of all of that and reset. Thanks for your reply.

x2. Off cycle, especially for someone just getting into the game, is meant to be completely off. It's a marathon, not a sprint, and as tempted as it is to bridge and run cycles back to back, your body will thank you in the long run for giving it some rest.

Understood, that is what I was thinking, just wanted some input from the more experienced guys. Thank you.
