I've been taking glutamine everyday for a few months now,
Im not 100% I havent read anything saying that it does... Never even crossed my mind.
But I mean with some of the stuff Im running I notice some retention, and at that its still not too, bad but when I wasnt on I didnt notice an increase when I started using it at all...
