Hello guys, looking for people who have used both and had their doses dialed in.
What is an equal dose.
I take 6.25mg Exemestane ed with the dose of test i run every cycle. Im wondering what dose of Anastrozole will equal that.
So those of you who have taken both and have take 6.25mg how much Anastrozole equals the effects.
Im very aware of the differences in the two and what they both do to estrogen.
I was going to just go with .5 of Anastrozole eod and have bloods done after a couple weeks but i would like to have it as close to dialed in before i get bloods if possible.

Thanks to my boy irongame I'm feeling pretty amazing.. taking 50mg proviron 6.25mg aromasin e3d and 20mg nolvadex for estrogen. Very curious what my numbers will be when I get bloods done here in 2 weeks. Crazy what a little estrogen can do. Estrogen in the lower mid 20s is no good. (For me atleast)
This is a great topic brother thanks for posting ,So what's the correct dose ,I see guys talking about different doses I know everyone is different ,I would like to see more members chime in ,i myself just started aromasin for the first time ,got tired of anastrozole fucks with my bp and too much up. And down ,hopefully there's more feedback ,also I'm on masteron so i wonder what role that plays on aromasin dose,as masteron has slight anti E properties,
It's pretty impressive how it is different from person to person. Some people on 750mg of test need 25mg ed aromasin where on 750mg of test and I only need 6.25 ed. And I'm still unhappy with how low my estrogen is from that dose..

I prefer aro adex messes with my bp for some reason. These guys are spot on with conversions why are you thinking of changing ?
I run 250mg e3d of test and 6.25mg ed of aromasin keeps me in the low 20s. I used aromasin for awhile but I've got a bit of arimidex stashed away as well. Wanted to see how it worked for me before I used up all of my aromasin.
I also would like to get my estrogen up a little would like to see it in the high 20s low 30s. Taking aromasin eod seems to make me feel up and down. I don't know if it's all in my head or not. But I was hoping I could kill two birds with one stone. Get my estrogen where I wanted it a little easier and also use up some of what I've got saved up. I'm up in the air still. I didn't know if it was the aromasin or the fact that my estrogen is in the low 20s. I just feel kinda sluggish with estrogen in the 20s.
let that estrogen double and watch yourself really start to grow. The only reason id ever drop mine that low to 20 is if i was cutting and really trying to rid myself of any water. Estrogen is anabolic in its own form, and in many other pathways. (joint comfort=push harder in the gym=more muscle, extra water=more strength= more muscle etc)
I've been off all ai for 4 days now. Was gonna take some adex today when I took a pin but ended up taking a 6.25 of aromasin. I'm gonna lay off ed and try e4d or e3d. Just don't wanna go with absolutely no ai. I had gyno removel surgery earlier this year. So insane obsessive about my gyno coming back even though they removed everything and the glands. He told me it could come back from 'heavy steroid abuse' lol. Just crazy
I hear ya, id be worried if i had gyno surgery, but you dont wana short change yourself, low dose ai isnt gonna keep gyno away from you if youre prone, but 10-20mg nolva ed will do the trick, low dose AI, with 10-20mg nolva ed and youll be good to go. No gains lost and no chance of gyno ( if your nolva is real) Or could just keep it on hand, within 1-3 days max it will stop any gyno in its tracks. Nothing stops gyno faster then nolvadex.
I've been on 50mg ralox ed to keep gyno away. Been on ralox rather than Nolvadex because I'm taking npp at the moment.

Aromasin works perfectly.
I've ran .5 Adex ED for 750 test and oestrogen felt uncontrolled.
12.5/25 ED aromasin and I'm good to with any cycle.
I used to use aromasin, and I feel 6.25mgs ed is probably in the ballpark of .25mg eod, possibly e3d, adex is alot stronger then aromasin in my experience.
What do you use now?
pretty much only proviron if i can get away with it, then at some point i usually have to add a small dose of adex, never ever more then .25mgs MWF, thats the max
Every BODY is different. Have your bloods done and find out how each affects you.
6.25 is like .25, 12.5 is like .5, 25 is 1mg.
id have to agree with this statement, as close as it gets, but i think adex is slightly stronger so id say 6.25mgs ed equal to .25mg adex eod. and so on and so forth.
Yeah, was unsure of the dosage times as I've only used it once for a week when I traveled and forgot to grab my aromasin. I'm more of an aromasin guy.
