Need advice on a Clen/T3/Winny 9 week cycle

ad

Hey everyone,

So as the title states, I'm trying to come up with a 9 week cycle running Clen/T3/Winny. Winny will be ran at 50mg ED to counter the anti-catabolic effects of the T3. I have a vetted source and can get pretty much whatever amount would be needed. I have seen 4 and 6 week cycles but nothing as long as 9. Wondering what dosing I take and for how long? This would really just pertain to the Clen and T3 since I intend to run the Winny the whole time. Thanks in advance brothers (and sisters!)

Diet and cardio are key to weight loss. Imo.winny and t3 is counterproductive. Build muscle just to tear it down by t3. I admit that I have used clen and seen results, but the fat just comes back. It's just a quick fix. T3 is nothing to fuck with and it could ruin your health for life. I'm sure you don't wanna take thyroid meds the rest of your life. Think this through bro.

@Makwa - Utilizing the severely flawed military method of establishing BF, I am around 30%. My goal is to get down to 22% and anything lower is a bonus. As for the link, I have already incorporated that into my routine and let me tell you, any more veggies and I'll grow roots. Lol.

@Rustyhooker - Simply because I don't have posted stats doesn't mean I'm looking for a quick fix. That's really just a bad assumption. I don't have stats because I don't know what they are. I'm not interested in bulking at this moment so any stats are really irrelevant. The only stat I should have posted was my BF and I have corrected that error. I understand a ton of noob come on here looking for a magic pill, supp, AS, etc that will magically do all the work for them. I'm not one of them. I bust my ass but with my physical handicaps, I am SEVERELY limited with what I can do.

Overall, I just want help guys. Please just give me a hand in organizing a proper dosing cycle. I took the chance of posting knowing I would get my balls busted but didn't think I would be accused of being lazy or not willing to "put in the work". I'm doing my part, is there anyone that can help me with what I'm asking?

If you are in a hurry to drop weight, this is your best possible scenario for doing it. Better than any clen/T3/winni stack or any stack for that matter.

What is your current BF and what BF are you trying to get down to?

NYCasper's picture

Look guys. I don't want to turn this into a bashing session. Many guys won't bother to ask for the advice because they are scared that it will turn into one. I took the chance.

If the Winny won't work to counteract the catabolic qualities of T3, can you explain why?

What about the supposed weight bounce-back? What's the reason/cause for this?

And the comments that I'm not willing to put in the work is just plain wrong. I am willing to bust my ass to shed the pounds. But i also had an 80% artificial shoulder and a computer chip in my spine. The point is, don't judge me or make assumptions that I'm not willing to do the work. I am just extremely limited in what I can physically do.

I started this thread asking for help with coming up with a cycle. If you believe my choice of cycle components is wrong, then please explain why and offer a solution.

I'm not trying to start any issues but it's really just wrong and disrespectful to assume that I'm not willing to do the work.

I have to say I admire the way you communicated there. Thank you for that. Obviously this is a bit of a unique scenario with your health issues, I can see why you're clutching at this as a solution.

I'm worried about you're use if T3, I'm worried about clen (albeit it less do), but in especially worried about the use of the two together. I've had thyrotoxicosis from using thyroid meds, resulted in my thyroid being removed about nine years ago. I'll tell you from personal experience it was a tough time. Clearly you've had a major league rough deal recently, thyrotoxicosis on top of what you're dealing with I wouldn't wish on an enemy. It's incredibly catabolic to your body. I wrote an article a couple of years back, it's in my profile called "thyroid medications" I think.

Clen - lesser of the two evils. Not a drug I'm a fan of personally, but less worrying that T3 or T4 long term. I don't use these type of drugs even for come prep, I do it the old fashioned way so I'm not the best to comment. If you're dead set on using something of this nature, this worries me the least.

Winstrol. You've clearly got some orthopaedic issues, Winstrol is going to make aches and pains worse. I've had a few bits of shoulder surgery, couple of ruptured discs, acl repair etc, Winstrol makes me feel like a creaky old man. In terms of the positive effect in your case you're seeking to prevent catabolism. Isn't going to touch the sides. It will also severely hammer your natural testosterone levels, that's probably the last thing you need.

I hope that helps to some degree. I'd go into more detail with you but I'd like to know a bit more on the health front in your case, but appreciate you may not wish to share.

NYCasper's picture

@Catalyst - Thank you for your well detailed thoughts! I appreciate your personal insight as well as conveying your own personal experiences. I've been back and forth for years about using this cycle. Is there anything else you would recommend I use outside of this cycle that would still help give me the extra boost i need?

If you want to give me a run down on the health situation I'll see what we can do. I don't want to suggest something inappropriate for obvious reasons. I can help you tidy p diet etc a little too to help. If you don't want that out in the open, then send me a FR and we can talk on PM.

@Catalyst - Sent FR

I fully intend to run it regardless so if you can offer help on the cycle dosing itself, that would be most appreciated.

Well good luck then. Your thinking the winnie will counteract the muscle catabolism from the T3....not going to happen. You are going to end up looking what I call skinnyfat. Yeah you will lose weight, but at what cost....the cost of precious muscle. Now you have eaten up muscle so your metabolism is going to be wrecked so you are now going to gain fat at a much more rapid pace when you stop. You are going to get caught up in a vicious loop of looking skinnier/fatter each time you do this and probably hate what you see in the mirror. So once again, all I can say is Good Luck. I don't see this turning out good in the long run.

Not going to work. You will have a weight bounceback that will knock your socks off. If you can't find the time to actually put in work, then don't even bother. There is no shortcut, there is no wonder drug that makes fat melt with 20 minutes of cardio. Sorry the only advice I'll give is work for it and stop trying to take shortcuts.

What's wrong with a little test, crazy training regimen and a dialed in diet? Also running winstrol without test will shut you down. As for the clen and t3, I personally would t even try to mess with it unless you want to risk fix messing up your thyroid for life.

Nothing wrong with those at all. I just don't have the luxury of time to run a crazy training schedule plus my body just can't take it like it used to. I'm wanting to focus on cutting using the aforementioned cycle, cardio and a HP/LC diet.

Daddylopez's picture

I'll be waiting on others too chime on this. What do you mean by no time? Do you have a deadline? How much weight are you trying to lose?

Whoops. Probably should have made that clear. I mean throughout the course of my day, I no longer have the option of spending much more than 45 minutes to an hour hitting a regiment. So I figured if I lock onto cardio and use this cycle then I'll be better off than nothing. I don't have a specific goal in mind for lbs lost. I know it sounds suspect but I've learned in the past that if I set a number and I don't achieve, I kick the crap out of myself and it really just isn't worth the hassle. I'm not competing but just more so want to drop fat and tone up. I know all the potential health effects of the cycle and still wish to run it. I appreciate your concern and all. I don't want to get jumped on by everyone. I'm no poser and will never pretend to be one. Just looking for someone to help me break down a decent cycle rather than me try to do it on my own.

Then I really don't see a reason of running such a stack for cutting. Take a slow and steady approach. This will the lost weight way more sustainable

Daddylopez's picture

I see. Well like I said Winnie should be ran with a test base so you don't shut down. Hope you know what I mean by that. Also Winni is used as a polisher to an already lean physique. It won't help you burn fat more than a good diet will. If you plan on doing a bunch of cardio good luck on winni because that shit will dry out your joints. What's your cycle history? If you just want to lose fat and tone up I would recommend doing this through diet alone. If you can't lose fat without AAS and thyroid medication what makes you think you can maintain the physique you get after your cycle.

First and foremost, I appreciate all the concern and health advice you guys are giving. Without getting into too much detail, I'm physically disabled and getting out of the military because of it. I have problems with too much physical activity causing excessive pain, hence why I can't just go beast in the gym. I eat clean but still need the jump this cycle will give. I'm totally aware of all the side effects, issues etc that this stack can cause. I've never ran any other cycles outside of an ECA stack because I was always able to go to the gym and just beast it.

That being said, I'm looking for advice on how to organize the 9 week cycle. I fully intend to run it regardless so if you can offer help on the cycle dosing itself, that would be most appreciated. I'm not blowing anyone off nor am I disregarding your advice. I simply know what I am capable of physically and know that this cycle will give me the boost i need.

Thanks again for the advice guys and I hope I haven't come across as rude to those of you with more knowledge than my own.

This whole paragraph is contradictory. You're going to run it regardless of what people say. Why then did you post? No one here thinks this is a good idea. You're physically compromised and are relying on drugs, which can have serious, long lasting effects, especially T3.
Everyone has said that this plan and to focus on diet and training and to take it slow. This is solid advice and advice that will keep you healthy in the long run. Feel free to run what you'd like, but don't expect people to agree with your decisions. Good luck with this.

NYCasper's picture

I think the subject line as well as the paragraph you yourself quoted fully explains why I made my post.

This is what kills me with sites like this. I take the risk of asking for advice on MAKING A 9 WEEK DOSING CYCLE OF CLEN/T3/WINNY. Then everyone turns on me because they don't agree with my choices or have their own personal feelings on the components. Then I use every bit of politeness reasonable to explain that I AM NOT SEEKING ADVICE ON THE COMPONENTS BUT ONLY ORGANIZING A DOSING CYCLE USING THESE COMPONENTS. Then you decide to try and say I am contradicting myself.

Now I've really just gotten fed up with the crap slinging. Contradicting by definition is doing one thing whIle saying another. I never asked for advice on the components or anyone's personal views. I asked for assistance on organizing a dosing cycle.

How about you offer some assistance that I am asking for? I don't mean to be rude but damn, if I wanted advice and opinions on the components, I'm pretty sure that's what I would have asked for. Yet I didn't. I'm not expecting people to agree with me.

In the end, too many people on sites like think they are the end all, say all and holier than thou. I took a big chance asking for advice. Noobs are constantly flamed when asking questions then you vets turn around and talk shit that noobs don't ask for help and just do whatever they want. You know why? Because of this. You don't address the question. You give your opinion and than cast judgement if the OP doesn't agree! This is so narcissistic.

My rant is over. I'm sorry I even posted. Not one dang post actually remotely addressed the subject. But hey, your post count went up right?!? And yes, I thumbs downed your post.

vhman's picture

Wow! Don't know how this post sent you off the edge.
You want people to give you advice on a cycle that they think is a bad idea and your mad because they won't say share their opinion ? No one with a conscience will give advice on how to run something they think is a dad idea. That means the people here actually give a shit about others health and wellbeing, including theirs. Too bad you can't see that and just want a co-sign. Regardless, I said good luck on running what you want and I mean it. I don't agree but that's just my opinion. I'm not upset you don't agree with me, so there's that....
Cat said he has serious concerns about T3 and knows that he's talking about. Hope you listen to him.

NYCasper's picture

And as I replied earlier, if someone doesn't think this is a good cycle, then what cycle do they endorse? All I've gotten after stating my physical ailments was "O. Good Luck".

And yes, as can also be seen by my posts, I intend to listen to Cat and sent the FR as he suggested.

Thanks for your well wishes and please, if you have insight into a better, healthier cycle than I am all ears. But eat good, work hard isn't a viable option in and of itself.

Daddylopez's picture

Sorry about your situation! good luck with everything then.
